Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't control the weather but the condo is cold in cooler weather even when you're heating. There are cold drafts. Kitchen wasn't well stocked. We bought a spatula, how do you flip an egg without? One large pot plus one tiny. How do you cook with one pot? Last year seemed perfect. Second bedroom window frame needs cleaning, mold.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the furniture felt old and worn. After walking around the unit barefoot right after we first got there, our feet got dirty! My husband also stepped on a fish hook! Not good. Guest shower head was really bad. Toaster missing a handle. No pot holders. Lack of small fry pan and small dishes. For what we paid, all of these things were unacceptable. I guess we had to make sacrifices for a nice location.

Who expects to have to heat when in Florida.

Everything about our stay was great, the condo was exactly what we wanted, clean, nice updates. The location, right across from John's Pass was great, unit 101 faces the pass so we had entertainment, music every evening. Restaurants, shops all right there. Very clean and well maintained, the people all were very friendly. Everything about the experience was really nice.

Very clean and very updated, we'll stay again.
