Clean rooms. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the pool is always clean and you can’t beat that your literally footsteps from the beach! Love that we’re in walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Thank you for another wonderful vacation, see you next year!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was beautiful, perfect for our needs. Construction was going on which was expected being only 7 months from the devastation from hurricanes. Though I wish the construction was a little later in the day so we could sleep in a bit longer. Beach is literally your front yard and is maintained wonderfully. Things are looking up for the area and John's Pass is right across the street and coming back strong. Thank you for having us. We will come again in November.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year was unfortunate for us. We checked in on Tuesday and had to evacuate on Wednesday. We were forced inland until we would hear from the office. There were no notifications other than what we saw on TV. I am still waiting to secure my reservation for next year although the dates have been blocked.

We love unit 121 - it is so convenient to the pool and beach and we love the small feel and not having to deal with a lot of people or elevators like you do in a high rise condo. Our a/c stopped working our 2nd day there and it was fixed as soon as we told the rental office.
