Stayed Jan 11, 2026Communication with host was good prior ro arrival, and checkin was a breeze. Booked mainly for the location and balcony view. Two guys, too that picky imo and the accommodations worked for the 3 night stay. Its was like a hotel in most aspects. The condo definitely can use some hooks and vertical space utilization. The bathroom pocket door latch was broke. The shower has no door or curtain..so water goes all over the floor which is a serious slip hazard, but we made a barrier with towels that kinda helped. Lighting was awful in the bathroom and that is the only mirror in the condo. Wished the curtains were black outs. That would block most light at night and buffer the noise down too.Again, little things, and we're too guys. I can see my girlfriends having serious issues with those little things though.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Walking distance to downtown; the pool is amazing with great views of the city; amenities in the room were top notch (refrigerator had filtered water and icemaker), modern furniture, etc. Valet service was also fantastic!

Stayed May 23, 2024The space is small, ideal for a solo trip or a couple. The apartment has everything you need and the view of the river and the city center is great.

Stayed Nov 15, 2023The pros: Easy check in, clean property, nice coffee shop downstairs, comfy bed, easy walking to the food trucks and grocery store. The cons: Room isn’t very comfortable. Not much space to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning, unless you want to sit on the bed. Shower is very “minimalist” in design. Great, but the water from you shower leaks ALL OVER the bathroom floor. No amount of adjusting the shower head was going to fix that. The view is great, but beware there is a huge high rise being build next door so sitting on the balcony is a mix of freeway noise and construction. One elevator was out of service while we were there and we were on the 28th floor. Oh, and the tv wasn’t hooked up for local channels so unless you wanted to log into your personal accounts, it was unwatchable. We were just looking for local news at night. Thankfully we had a full itinerary plan for the week. So we weren’t there very much.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Great place but keep in mind this is in all reality a hotel disguised as an apartment building. The apartments are nice, stocked well with even fire extinguishers, first aid kit and flashlight. Centrally located. Great view. Nice pool but busy with vacationers during the day. BE CAREFUL the front door of the apartment needed to be pulled/pushed shut hard to lock. You could be leaving your door open without knowing it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The room was immaculately clean, and the unit was well stocked. One of the best features is the view of downtown ATX. Wonderful to be able to open the door to that view and let some fresh air in.
