Stayed Apr 8, 2026Loved the location as well as the layout of the villa. We were staying with our young adult son and liked the separation between the bedrooms. We also had our dog with us and enjoyed the enclosed courtyard where he could lie in the sunshine. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Host was easy to contact and the condo was super clean and in a great location. Our first trip with a dog went really well because of the space inside and the areas to walk nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Sep 20, 2025This rates as one of the most enjoyable stays we've had in 40 consecutive years of going to HHI. The villa was superb. It is perhaps the most spacious villa we have ever stayed in. The view from our balcony was fabulous. A great view of the marsh and we were regularly treated to all kinds of wildlife (deer, raccoon, many bird varieties). The villa had everything we could possibly need. If you are considering a stay in Sea Pines, you can't go wrong with this property!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Clean, close to the beautiful pool, backyard was pretty. Air conditioning went out- they responded so quick ( it was late evening) had it fixed in no time. Enjoyed the balconies The water maker was fantastic! We didn’t have to buy cases and cases of waters. Very happy with our stay.
