Overall, the condo was really nice, cold air and close to the lake. It had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The place was cleaned and functioning and furnished with plates and glasses. Bring your own toiletries as you will find none. Other than that it was perfect, thank you.

The location of the property is perfect. I wished we had a better view, but you could see the London Bridge. The house was clean and we had all of the supplies we needed. The outside patio is large with plenty of seating.

Communication with the host was excellent and very detailed. No issues finding or entering the property. The interior space was nice and as described. Location was fabulous!! So close to the walking path on the water and near restaurants, shopping and the ferry to the CA side. I would rent this property again!

The property was nice and clean. It was stocked well with the necessary kitchen items as well as clean, blanket sheets etc.Host was very helpful and quick to reply.

So worst VRBO rental I’ve ever had!!!! At first the host allowed us to get in a hour early and was ok then the unit was not ready/cleaned yet. Had to wait and smelled funny after the normal check in time of 4pm. Once getting in fully we see fruit flys everywhere in the kitchen and bathrooms. Contact host right away - (Host - run water in the drains they will go away) Fruit flys are from food and not cleaned drains!!!! They don’t just go away with water!!! The place is completely destroyed party unit and tons of issues. Couldn’t get a place anywhere because of Cat Fest weekend - VRBO refunds 70 wow had to stay and Host goes MIA on text or messages to fix bugs. Had to buy bug spray and only stayed as we needed. Host offers full refund on message and text - nada!!! So enjoy the motel 6 vs this unit!!!!!

Great rental. Easy with plenty of parking. Easy access to channel and local attractions. Owner was easy to deal with and very easy and informative. Rooms were very large and second room had vary large beds. We had four people and could have easily handled more with plenty of room to move around. Outside patio is extremely large and accommodating.

This property is badly in need of several upgrades. The furniture is very substandard, especially the patio furniture. the unit wasn't up to our standards of cleanliness.

Excellent property and convenient to several good options! Highly recommend and would book again! Also we enjoyed the discount for the all day boat rental! So much fun!!! Thank you! GREAT HOST!

The location was fantastic

The pool was nice to sun used it twice . Tv we were not able to get to work. Garbage disposal was out but was replaced in a couple of days. coffee machine did not work but was replaced toward end of stay. Place is nice and spacious Patio area is very nice but not private. Nice view of the London Bridge. Without a working TV I would not stay there again.

This condo is a great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping spaces without having to overflow onto an air mattress. Lots of seating for dining both indoors and outdoors. Kitchen has all the basics. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

YL’s place is dialed in !Extra Murphy Bed AND an extra fridge …woah ! Next level preplanning right there !

Communication with Host was great, readily available. The condo was clean and ready to be used. The location is prime. The view from balcony was limited to the lake but the shore was within walking distance.

Close to stores and bridge.. water access was super easy .. very Spacious

Great spot to stay

Leather chairs flaking off. Sofa worn out. We washed the floors and vacuumed the rugs which were really dirty. Culdnot run the fan in bedroom without the light on. Blinds don’t work in bedroom. Tv remote batteries put in wrong. Satellite tv didn’t work properly cable ok.

No view of the channel but a nice view of the bridge. We enjoyed our stay. Good size patio.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a couple of days over the Christmas break. Although dated, this condo had everything we needed and was in a great location within a short walk to London Bridge. The condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The patio is huge and had a perfect view of the London Bridge all lit up for the Christmas season. We definitely recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful home.
