Beautiful property in a perfect location. The views from the living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. We even spotted a few dolphins! Beach is within walking distance, as well as a number of dining options. Clearwater, St. Pete’s and Tampa are all within reasonable driving distance (30-45 mins). Overall, great experience, highly recommend.

Great location in quite area. Balcony was great, saw dolphins, manatees and lots of birds. Beds were ok, could have been a little more comfortable but they were not terrible. Otherwise no complaints and would stay again.

This place never disappoints! Our first time renting both condos and we will be back!

Great layout and deck. Good view of intercostal. Quick walk to beach, bike rental, convenience store and restaurants. Cool dock on property. Clean pool and bathrooms. Great host communication!

Very responsive to questions during our stay

The view was amazing! The unit is large and very accommodating for the two of us. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon and towels, though limited, were what we needed for the beach.The kitchen is also large and ready for whatever you need. The only drawback, which we have addressed with the owner was the uncomfortable nature of the mattress in the master.

Week stay Wonderful accommodation

Great place. Loved the views. Loved having a home to come back to and just relax in where we could also spread out. Having the garage was a huge bonus. Loved the closeness to the Gulf. Went for multiple walks up and down the beach and watched multiple sunsets. Hoping I have a chance to stay here again.

Very nice place and the host is Fantastic. I needed an early check in and he was able to help. I have 2 kids and left behind an old I pad. He offered to send it home. Condo is large. Balcony and view is amazing. Kitchen is perfect. I caught a spotted trout from the intercostal. Two minor drawbacks. No elevator which is tough with two kids and the mattresses need an update. However it will be high on my list for next year.

I recently stayed at this beautiful beach condo, and it was nothing short of perfect. The unit was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated with coastal charm, and offered breathtaking views right from the balcony. Excellent location, in a very good apartment with an amazing view of the intracoastal .

I stayed here with my son (18) and daughter (12) for 6 nights to start off our summer vacation. The condo is on the top floor so there is a great view of the waterway from the balcony. We saw dolphins two days during our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. If you're staying here with your family and children for a week, I'd say bring an extra trash bag and dishwasher pod (only 1 of each was provided). The area of Indian Shores is beautiful and a short drive to larger crowds in Clearwater. We would definitely return.

One of the nicest stays I’ve seen

2 words sums up our stay at Gulf Retreat 1, restful and relaxing. The condo is homey, the view of the intracoastal waterway is beautiful, it’s a quiet place to recharge from the hustle & bustle of everyday life! Centrally located between Clearwater & Treasure Island, with lots to do if you choose or a quiet beach for sitting and watching the ocean.

The house is very spacious and has all the amenities that a family needs. It is a 5 min walk to the beach and has a great view of the water. You can even catch the sunset from the balcony. The communication with the host was great too.

Walked in and was in awe with the views from the windows. Everything we needed for our stay. Lovely welcoming basket. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5. Everything was neat and working. Loved the secure garage. Just wished my daughter didn’t tear her ACL in a soccer match two nights before our trip. Luckily the beach access had an available handicapped parking spot.

Very nice condo and very convenient

We had a great experience; the hosts are great. Rental is clean and well stocked. You can't beat the view from the deck. Local area has a lot to offer. Perfect to soak up the beach and local restaurant's. We hope to stay again next time we visit.

Even with the hurricane related construction we enjoyed our stay! Location and amenities are perfect for us. Looking forward to next year!

Spectacular property and Host.

We had a very relaxing stay in this condo, very clean, spacious and very quiet. I would recommend this condo to anyone, very nice

This is the most beautiful condo we have ever rented. It was elegant inside with a spectacular view! The location was perfect and we enjoyed the local restaurants. We spent 5 lovely, quiet, peaceful nights here, and on two of the nights our 9 and 10 year old grandchildren stayed with us. They were equally impressed with this property! It is only 20 minutes from our son's house so we hope to return often! Many thanks to Darryl and Isabel for making us feel so welcome and so comfortable!

Even though our trip was cut short by Hurricane Helene, we had a fabulous time while we were there. Darryl was very helpful with everything. I would definitely stay there again!

We would come back. Good location farther from Gulf Blvd so less noise but still a short walk to the Beach. Property pool is well maintained.
