2200sqft of Beachfront Luxury at reasonable prices!!

We were 3 ladies traveling together and really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The guest bedroom with 2 queen beds is a bit tight for luggage space, but that was easily solved by utilizing the seating area near the condo entrance for one of our suitcases. Clare and Mauricio were very helpful with a few minor issues that were easily resolved. We had massages done right on the balcony. Clare had provided us with their contact information and they even gave us a 25% discount since Clare had referred us! The view was amazing and pool area was great. Highly recommend this condo.

We’ve just returned and had an amazing trip. The condo is perfect. The deck is angled in such a way that you never have direct sunlight streaming in through the front windows, and you can sit in sun or shade. Sitting out on the deck was the best thing ever! There were also 3 different pools to use, plus a hot tub. There were lots of places to sit around the pool and lots of umbrellas and shelters for shade. Walking down the beach was a real treat and seeing the whales in the distance was a real wow factor. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you would need, and there were several different seating areas for everyone to either gather or have their own space. The property manager was responsive and very helpful, the guards at the gate were friendly and helpful, and having an Oxxo at the corner was super convenient. The closest restaurant (Sardina Cantina.) was the best restaurant we visited all week - cash only but so worth it. We highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting the area!

Clare was such a good communicator and had a ton of suggestions regarding good restaurants, etc. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for any kind of meal you wanted to prepare. The grounds are immaculate and all the residents were very pleasant. A great vacation!

We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and the views all around were amazing even with construction. (July is low season and we were warned about construction, so it was nice to have set that expectation beforehand.)

What an amazing stay at Clares! The views alone made the trip special. The condo itself was well equipped and very homey, we had everything we needed from plenty of towels and blankets to cookware and beach supplies!

Nice spacious unit with a large terrace balcony. Overlooks the two pools and long wide sandy beach. Direct access and a fun restaurant right next door. Close to downtown San Jose!

From the afternoon we arrived to the afternoon we left we saw whales. Sunrise from the deck is spectacular. The condo had everything we could have needed. The only downside was the busy road. It was very hard to walk until you got closer to the bigger resorts.

Vactioned with our 2 college-aged kids. The property was spacious and clean just as advertised. We loved the large rear patio and the view! The location is convienient to San Jose del Cabo as well as Los Cabos.

We truly had a wonderful week in Los Cabos and so much of it was because of this accommodation. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. This property had everything we needed. Enjoyed the pool and beach access. Very secure property with amazing food options near by. Clare and her team were extremely attentive and great hosts.

This was my husband’s and my first time visiting Cabo. Although the condo was rather large for the two of us, we do expect to return with our two adult children in the near future. The condo will be a perfect fit then. We loved the location, the restaurants and supermarkets were within decent walking distance for us. Our view from the condo was spectacular, we enjoyed several sunrises from the pool over looking the beach. The lack of crowds on the beach was a bonus. Clare was very easy to communicate with and made herself available for questions. Overall…we highly recommend this property.

Great location on the beach. We loved our stay - close to Momma Mia’s for incredible food and margaritas and a good beach walk to Zippers. Morning sunrise is spectacular from the balcony or right on the beach. You can hear the waves crashing from your comfortable king sized bed. This was our first time skipping a 5 star all inclusive in Mexico and we’d definitely do it again. No hunting for a beach or pool chair!! Comfortable condo and we do hope to return. This is not a swimming beach but if you love nice clean pools and a hot tub you’ll be happy.

The condo is ideally situated beachfront and has an incredible view! The balcony is really an extension of the living area, and we spent the majority of our non-sleeping hours on the balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped and the master bath is very large and has ample storage. The condominium property is extremely well-kept and beautifully landscaped. We also felt very safe and secure. The property was very empty this time of year, and very quiet and peaceful. We work hard and we needed time to decompress and relax, it was achieved! My only critique is that some items could use some sprucing up a bit—such as throw pillows that are beginning to show signs of water and tear. Other than that, everything was terrific and I highly recommend this unit. The owner was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We definitely plan to return!
