Second time staying at this condo. Second time everything was great. Would gladly stay again.

Very quiet with ample parking and beautiful dacore.

The property was in a good location with convenient parking. The unit was nice and clean. It was well stocked with paper and cleaning products. The kitchen needs to have the pans upgraded. A negative was the noise from the apartment upstairs. There was lots of walking and pounding noise.

Great location close to everything!! Lake view and sunsets were amazing. Sheets on bed were scratchy and definitely need to be replaced with new ones, which was a little disappointing but at least they were cotton. Bed was very comfortable once we figured out the 2nd day that the middle bar was broken. We fixed it and it was much better the 3rd night. Would definitely come back.

Loved the location. The apartment had everything we needed to include some basic cooking items (condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc.)

This condo is in a great location. In the heart of all the activities. We actually had front row seats to the Havasu Balloon Fest and even though high winds prevented official launches most days we got day 1 in and saw lots of unofficial flying by many balloons. Easy in and out of Havasu for day trips. Condo was neat and clean. Thanks William.

Host is welcoming, unit is just as described. Good location close to infrastructure. Unit is presentable and clean with all necessary incidentals complete for stay.:)

Condo is just as described, clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to the marina and shopping center. Assigned boat parking was a plus! Host is friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this Vrbo with my wife and two kids! The place was very clean, with easy parking and just a short drive to the lake. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing Lake Havasu getaway—convenient, comfortable, and family-friendly. Would definitely book again!
