Come put your Toes in the Sand and melt your worries away at our beautifully updated Ocean Front condo located on the NO DRIVE section of gorgeous New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while you take in the views from the balcony.
Our 2/2 condo is newly updated and tastefully furnished to provide you and your guests with a comfortable and EASY beach atmosphere. Our unit can accommodate a total of 5 guests. We offer a King size bed in the master and a combination of a Queen sized bed and a Twin bed in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils necessary to make a home cooked meal. The Point East Community offers a covered pavilion, 2 beach side shuffleboard courts, a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool. Flagler Avenue is just a 2.7 mile drive and offers many options for beachfront dining, shopping, or just enjoying an ice cream after a relaxing day at the beach. We loved our stay at this property. The Condo was perfectly equipped and a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool amenities. Loved that we could grill by the pool or enjoy dinner on the balcony with ocean views! Excellent location just a few steps from Chases on the Beach. Kristen was a gracious host and very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Great condo! About 2.7 miles from Flagler Ave for all the restaurants and beach shopping! Did not have morning sun, but had nice beach view and access. Well manicured grounds. Owner responded quickly when needed. Love the beach decor inside and balcony!

This was our first time at Point East. Kristen was great with accommodating our needs and being available if needed. I give this place a 10 out of 10. Easy beach access, large pool area, and overall cleanliness are just a few of the great things this condo has to offer.

This was a very clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with anything we could want or need. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was always available for questions and was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back to this condo on our next stay to New symrna beach
