Stayed Feb 13, 2026The room was poorly equipped. The kitchen was missing pans to cook and only had silverware for 3 people. There were enough towels but only 2 washcloths and 4 people in our party. The worst part was only having one key fob to get into the building and up the elevator. There were multiple times our group wanted to split up or someone come back early but we were unable because of only one building/elevator key. We ask for a second one and were told no. We also asked for a parking pass for $15 as advertised but that was not given to us either. The parking garage resets time at midnight so if you are staying overnight they charge you for 2 days. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was roomy. The view was great!

Stayed Jun 24, 2026First off, the room was not clean at all. Big puddle spots on carpeting, and my husband spent the first hour of our stay mopping the floors on his hands and knees with 1 of the 4 washcloths provided. (No kitchen towels or dishcloths). After that, he spend another hour trying to fix all of the broken, hanging shades. There were cobwebs larger than life in the corners everywhere. We were willing to deal w/all of this, but then the parking situation started. I had read ahead of time that parking each day was not included and would be around 9-25 a day. I just planned on it being 25 a day, so no big deal. Until it was. The first day, we were there an hour and a half, and got charged 14 when we left for dinner, and another 11.50 when we returned, ok, around 25, no big deal. Then, I messaged host to ask him about a pass as I read that you could get an all day pass for 25 so you didn't have to pay every time you came and left. He told me I could purchase on the suite host app, which I eventually found on my own, and then figured out how to order it. I had to pay for 3 days even though I had passed already, but host said he would refund one day. Long story short, once I paid, host never responded w/code for pass, and we spent rest of trip w/no pass, and spent way more than 25 a day on pass. UNRESPONSIVE until I told him we were leaving early, and where should I put key. Then replied right away. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
