2066 Unique ONE Bedroom condo with full kitchen & private patio!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The patio was spacious and perfect for unwinding. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except for 2 things. 1. There seemed to be a little fly issue. Was happy to see the swatter under the sink. Not a huge deal. 2. The washing machine door would not close securely so I couldn't wash my race clothes. Again mot a big deal as handwashed was ok.

Excellent property. Much bigger than it appears in pictures. Bedroom and bathroom are very big and living room is decent size. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Communication was excellent with host, amenities were fine. We had a fun time with family celebrating birthdays and enjoying the resort together.

Great stay!

This location had everything we needed and was just as described. Our host was very responsive. The bed was very comfortable. We were super impressed with the construction crew on this floor. Despite the fact that many units on the floor were being remodeled during our stay, we never heard any construction sounds. It had no negative impact on our stay whatsoever.

Super quiet room, very comfortable bed, coffee pods for the morning and kitchen was well outfitted to make simple meals. Great get away-thank you!

Great place to stay, very clean

The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay with our infant.

Comfortable and cool. Just what we needed after a 70 mile gravel ride! Was wonderful to relax and recover.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, cozy, well stocked, comfy bed, large bathroom with nice tub and separate shower. We liked the tasteful decor and ambiance, as well.

Suncadia is a very lovely place to stay. Lots of trails to explore and activities to be involved in. Can you say s’mores? The condo was bigger than what I expected and it fit our needs and more so.

Cozy, comfortable bed. Has everything you need in the condo and the grounds around the condo are great. Would stay again!

Loved the outdoor patio and place was stocked very nicely. Me and my daughter have lovely time in this condo. I can’t wait to come back again this winter.

The view was amazing. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes, which is nice but do not want to put past guest dishes away on our vacation.

It was an excellent property in a beautiful location. Easy check in/check out. Close to different amenities and hiking/walking trails. Will come again!

We enjoyed Suncadia Lodge and all it had to offer. The lodge was decorated for Christmas and very cozy. The condo was clean and we really appreciated being able to bring our French bulldog Benny. He could use the back patio to go to the bathroom. Thank you for providing a dog food and water container. Everyone was very helpful carting our luggage both to the room and back to the car. The pool was nice and warm even in the snow. We rented snowmobiles right down the road and had a blast! Kids sledded on the hill behind the Swiftwater Cellars. It was a perfect winter getaway! Thank you!

Everything went smoothly and the experience was wonderful

The unit has nice furnishings, well located in the community, spacious bedroom, two tv's, plus pillow top bed, extra pillows, tub and shower, washer/dryer, large patio, excellent appliances, but no view and not a great location in the Lodge. The Kuerig coffee maker was too sophisticated for us drip brewers. We bought coffee downstairs. The steelhead, and the Sea Bass at swiftwater cellars were phenomenal. The Zephyr Hills cab. was excellent also. Suncadia is an excellent family with children, or golfer destination. Tennis and pickle-ball are minimally supported, with no tennis gear shopping and only one tennis/pickle-ball location. The age 55+ community is a 25 minute meandering drive thru the community, close to the rear entrance from Roslyn. Not a desirable location, but nice homes under construction.

I have nothing but great things to say about this condo! Lovely unit in a wonderful setting. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We (and our dog) especially appreciated the fenced patio. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.
