Stayed Apr 1, 2023Our unit and the property as a whole were perfect for our family spring break. The unit was clean and had basic necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, pool and grill area. The only negative was one of the neighbors was a smoker and any time the individual smoked the scent would somehow infiltrate our entire unit. The laundry room held the scent the most. We spent 90% of our time on the beach or at the pool, so this did not really impact us that much. As a whole, our experience was very enjoyable.

Stayed Jan 27, 2020This condo is on the second floor with an elevator. The condo complex is very well maintained. There is a nice pool and lots of chairs to sit in and look at the pool or the beach. There is a fantastic walking beach. The condo itself has a balcony with a peekaboo view of the ocean. However cleanliness of this condo is lacking. It did not look as if anyone had vacuumed the floor or washed the dishes in a while. We needed to scrub pots and pans before using. The master bath shower appeared to have mold and a low toilet that didn't always function properly. It is somewhat close to stores and restaurants but you will need to drive.
