200 Feet From The Beach And Boardwalk!!

Dana was a great host, very communicative. The A/C was struggling over the weekend, but repair person was called. The cleaners need to do a more thorough job. Great location! Would stay there again!

The condo was spacious, well appointed, clean, and in an excellent location from the beach and everything we wanted to do. Everything was labeled which I appreciated. The kitchen had everything one could need, and the living room furniture and beds were very comfortable for recovering from our race. Parking and condo entry were efficient. The host communicated well throughout the process. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This home is in a great location. The beach is literally right out your door. It’s not overly big, but we had 7 adults and plenty of room, beds and couch were comfy, and was clean. The host was amazing! We had no issues. Would I stay again, 100 percent! We had a great time!!

Property was perfect for iur needs. Very close to boardwalk and beach. There were some repairs needed on the sliding glass doors, but the apartment was functional and prime location. I would recommend it for a small family.

Amazing location but not good for people with sensitive noses or allergies. The apartment had an overpowering smell of bleach/Pinesol/urine (human) that persisted for our weekend stay. We tried opening windows but most screens were either damaged or missing, and it was possible to get the dining room sliding doors open BUT a neighboring hotel had a rooftop a/c that was super loud. We also noted that the a/c ceiling round vents were very dirty, and neither of the tvs worked in the single beds rooms due to no/broken remotes. The one in the master worked then lost signal after a few minutes and didn’t come back on. We really did love the location, the set up and free parking. That smell tho!!!

Loved our beach weekend! The rental is much bigger than it appears in pictures and is nicely laid out. The location could not be better: you can leave your car and walk to everything in Rehoboth Beach. And it's super close to Henlopen Cape State Park for birding, biking and walking. Everything is as described in property description and host very accessible and helpful.

This condo is a great place to stay when visiting Rehoboth. It's spacious, clean, and has all the amenities necessary for a beach vacation. It's a few doors down from the boardwalk and in walking distance of all our favorite restaurants like Eden, Blue Moon, Cafe Azafran, and Back Porch. Dana, the host, is a pleasure to work with and is quick to respond to our questions and requests. We look forward to our next stay.

The house was perfect for our family. On a quiet street, steps to the beach. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. The amenities were perfect! We will be renting this place again

The condo was perfect in every way. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved being close to the beach and boardwalk and having a dedicated parking space. Dana was great at communication and we appreciated that it was pet friendly. We would love to return!

We came for the marathon and the location was perfect. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere all weekend. Even though the April weather was cool, the kids had a blast on the beach and they enjoyed the games supplied by the host. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our long weekend. The unit provided plenty of space and is in an excellent location. Having a parking spot was nice, but I can see it being harder to get into during the busy summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We always enjoy our trips to Rehoboth Beach and look forward to staying in Dana’s condo. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and walking distance to our favorite shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, we just happened to pick the week that the street in front of the condo was being torn up to replace water pipes, so it was quite noisy and not very restful. But, we made do and still had a great time. Looking forward to next year’s visit.

perfect locale to enjoy rehoboth beach and town- we never had to use cars- condo large enough for 6 adults and 2 year old and two dogs--we all enjoyed- ate in, ate out, watched tv, used kitchen- great base for enjoyable time- we could easily come and go from beach which allowed all to do as they wished easily- would use again host available by phone and ehpful

We could only stay a couple of days and booked late. We were tickled how close our place was to the beach, and Maryland Ave is a wonderful street. Like the open dining, living, and kitchen area--very good for talking and cooking. The bedrooms were fine as was the main bath. The master bath was tiny. There is no outdoor veranda or patio. Parking was great. One suggestion I have is to remove many of the dishes (there are so many glasses, cups, plates, cereal bowls) so it would free up cupboard space for our food.
