Many of our guests have expressed this remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo of having the feel of being at home yet in a totally relaxing vacation setting.

Maui Kamaole Resort Condominiums is one of Kihei's premier vacation properties located close to the border of Wailea. It is on the sunny and drier part of the island and is widely noted for its beautiful and exceptionally maintained tropical grounds and amenities.

The condo is located across the street from both the famed Maui Kamaole III Beach which includes a play area and a large grassy picnic area, great for children and the Kihei small boat harbor where daily snorkeling adventures to the marine preserve at Molikini Island departs.

Just a couple of blocks walk from the condo is the large, lightly populated Keawakapu Beach where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, watching the sunset, or just relaxing on the white sand beach.

During the winter season the varied local beaches provide outstanding viewing opportunities of the many humpback whales who have made their annual journey from the cold Alaskan waters as you have also arrived to enjoy Maui's warm waters.

Our townhouse styled condo with an easy, individually coded key-less entry is furnished with all the comforts of home including a king-sized bed in both bedrooms. While there is no sofa/bed in the living area there is very comfortable sectional furniture provided which should not be used as a sleeping facility.

The living and dining areas are spacious as accented by the high vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen provides many opportunities to prepare memorable leisurely breakfasts, cocktail hours and dinners on the private main lanai. All while enjoying the varied ocean views from the morning sun, highlighting the ocean to the famous Maui sunsets with the opportunity to observe the green flash at sunset. For the quiet times, they can be enjoyed on each of the lanais adjacent to the two bedrooms.

The unit is spacious and luxurious with just about everything you will need for the beach or relaxing at your Maui home away from home.

Also provided is complimentary US/Canadian telephone service, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet in the apartment as well as Wi-Fi internet service poolside.

Per Hawaiian State law the entire home including the lanais, property common areas are non-smoking. There are designated outdoor smoking areas depicted on signage on the property, literature in the home as well as having been forwarded by your host. Violations of the no smoking areas will result in fines of $500.00 or more by the Homeowner's association.

As there are no elevators in this townhouse design the home is not ADA compliant.
