The Space:

The perfect home base to experience Bethany Beach from a whole different point of view can be found at this family-friendly, two-story condo plus loft! This condo overlooks trees bordering the Assawoman Canal with two canal access points around the building. The large screened-in porch and deck make it feel like a treehouse; the deck provides guests with convenient outdoor eating and an open-air area with seating. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV in the corner, surrounded by comfortable sofas. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a French-door fridge and a dishwasher. The Keurig coffee maker is a great addition, especially for coffee enthusiasts. When mealtime comes around, gather at the six-person dining table to enjoy a delicious homemade meal. The breakfast bar adds four additional dining spots. Then, let the dishwasher clean everything up in the blink of an eye while you take one of the adult bikes provided and visit downtown. Or you may as well visit Sea Colony's swimming pools or fitness center for an afternoon workout. The first floor of this dreamy retreat hosts two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bunk room, which is perfect for kids, has plenty of toys and is right across the hall from another full bathroom. The upstairs loft provides guests with another sleeping area with two beds and a convenient desk including a television with cable that can be used as a monitor. If you were planning on working from home during your stay-cation, this desk and the free WiFi and internet available are the solution.     Very easy communication with owner. Check-in was quick. The condo was exactly as pictured. Had to call Vacasa for some minor issues and they were quick to respond. Lots of baby items if needed. Was a nice quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was very well stocked. A short walk to get the tram to go to beach. Was surprised to find that bed linens and towels were supplied. The screened-in porch was very comfortable and was used every morning for breakfast and crafting with Grandma, our little family tradition. We would definitely recommend staying here.

    Beautiful and clean property. Kitchen was well stocked. Large assortment of equipment for activities in the front closet. Sea colony has amazing amenities. Would stay here again

    Family weekend in September was perfect. The loft was so fun for the kids. The location is perfect for gym, tennis and pool walking. Place was clean and decor was well thought out. Although sea colony is a bit pricy for not being ON the beach it was a five star stay. Thanks

    Set in the back of Canal Ct, privacy was nice. Wooded area in back with a trail for the deer , possibly. They were there when we first arrived. Upper unit screened in wrap around porch lovely, relaxing. Well worth the flight of stairs to get to the unit. Easy bike ride everywhere. Large pool located just around the corner. Tastefully decorated with owners personal touches. Helpful hints in frames very decorative, such a good idea. Clean ,spacious such a lovely place to stay. The extra amenities were great. Especially the everything you need for the beach closet Will ABSOLUTLEY stay here again!!!

    We had a great stay at Canal Court. The home interior was styled nicely, we really felt like we stayed at a beach home. Furthermore everything was outfitted perfectly for a stay with kids. Toys in the corners of the house were a perfect distraction as were some other details in the house. The house was also outfitted with extra’s like beach chairs and umbrella, etc. We found everything we needed. Area is nice also. Would highly recommend and would definitely consider rebooking!
