Take in memorable views of Bear Lake and the marina - it's so fun to sit and watch the boats! Start your day with a delicious breakfast in your private patio as you take in the surrounding views. Planning a barbecue This condo is equipped with an electric grill! This and the outdoor dining area on the patio is the perfect combo for family barbecues. The first floor offers an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a TV with cable, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials (dishwasher included), a dining table seating six, a convenient laundry room with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs, and a full bathroom with a standalone shower. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, along with another full bathroom. The main bedroom has a large TV with cable and a spacious private balcony. The guest bedroom is perfect for kids with a bunk bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
