INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Remodeled & professionally designed interior with a coastal design theme & white/blue/gray tones. Step into the main front entry door into a spacious open main living area that includes a plush sofa bed, accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace with Samsung SMART TV mounted above, windows letting in lots of natural light, & a separate door that leads to your very own outdoor patio.

Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.

On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, Samsung SMART TV, reading nook, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed with it's own small patio area, a quiet place to escape the hustle bustle. Separating both bedrooms is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + stackable washer dryer.

Parking includes one compact single car garage (approximate wall to wall garage dimensions 6'10” high x 8' wide x 16' deep). Compact vehicles are highly recommended to ensure enough space to enter/exit your vehicle and maneuver into the garage from the narrow alleyway.

Beautiful property consisting of 4 separate units over 2 levels, each unit with their own individual entry & not connected inside. Only 2 of the 4 units are available for rent; guests have the option to rent each unit individually or rent both for a combined 4br + 4ba that sleeps 12 (8 adults max) as follows:

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.
• Attractions
A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES

• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    They really anticipated the needs of a guest. It offered so much more than I was expecting and we were very grateful. I would say the most disappointing thing was no garage door opener and I didn’t care for the patios. Other than that it was nice. The hosting company was incredible easy to work with and very responsive. The beds were unexpectedly very comfortable and the bathroom lighting was good which almost never happens. Lots of natural lighting. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. The appliances are in great shape. They even provided some filtered water. No icemaker but ice trays available. Overall we would stay here again.

    Great location! Condo in good condition, very spacious and having a washer and dryer was really handy. Our only complaint would be that the family staying in the unit above us was very loud starting at 6 am!

    Fantastic condo in a great location in Pacific Beach. My husband and daughter stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, smart tvs, beach chairs, towels,etc. It was a great find and I would definitely stay there again. Nice and clean and spacious.

    The property was very nice! It was clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms/showers were nice. It was also awesome that they provided boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys! Overall, a very nice place and we would stay here again.

    This townhome was in a great location, close to the beach, variety of restaurants and watering holes. Home was well-appointed and clean. The garage is a bonus so long as you don’t have a large truck. Overall a great stay.

    Me and my husband and my sister had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach ( we all like walking) and there were plenty of walkable restaurants and a grocery store a few blocks away. We felt safe walking in the evenings. The place was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

    There are great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to ocean. This place has new kitchen and baths which is nice. But I was disappointed that it was not clean, the furniture and rug were in rough shape from pet damage and hair. And some items needed repair. Property management Was responsive and kind and replaced window blinds that were not functioning. I really wanted to love this place, and staff is kind, but sadly we did not appreciate its condition.

    This place was perfect for our stay the week after Christmas! We visited with local family and had a convenient and nice place to stay with our small dog, who loved the dog beach.     The property on Cass street was very clean, and had everything you needed including a Britain’s water in the refrigerator. The location was perfect. Walkable to breakfast, coffee, dinner, lunch and a great French pastry shop. Highly recommend the property.

    Good location. Parking was the only issue. Unable to get car in the garage due to too many cars parked along the sides and unable to maneuver car to fit into such a tight garage space. We were in a small SUV (Mazda).

    The layout of the property was perfect for 2 couples. Bedrooms on separate sides with extra bathroom in the middle. The French Gourmet restaurant was amazing and literally in your backyard!! We would definitely stay there again!!

    Arrived at check-in time to find unit was not cleaned from previous customers. Mgr responded quickly & had housekeeping crew over within a 1/2 hr. On 3rd day, came home mid-day to find master bath flooded & 2nd bath tub filled with brown water. Again, mgr responded quickly & had plumber over within 1/2 hr who had to clear plugged main drain. Mgr also sent cleaning crew over to clean bathrooms again. Appreciated the quick responses, although no accommodations for my wife's water damaged shoes. Unit is in convenient location & is clean & well-appointed. Beds are comfortable, sofa a little soft. Garage fits a mid-size SUV length wise but is very tight on the width.

    We got to the property where we found the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom to be exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean and modern with comfortable beds. (Pillows not comfortable however). We loved that the bedrooms were on the opposite side of the apartment, making it very quiet and stress free without sharing a bathroom and space. The 2 blocks to the beach was really farther than that, but we ended up driving to the beach anyway. If you have a large vehicle, it won’t fit in the garage so expect to park on the street, keeping in mind that it isn’t always easy to find a parking spot nearby. I would stay again, but I would bring my own pillow and I would drive a smaller car to park In the garage.
