2 Mi to Beach: Condo w/ Pool Access in Hilton Head

Excellent place. A few items...light by the washer machine was out and the shower door in the master bedroom needs a new track. Door had to be lifted and does not slide.

Excellent property to rent. Very clean and accommodating. I've rented many condos/villas on Hilton Head over the decades, and this is definitely one of the better units.One plus is its proximity to the marina. As long as you walk in the correct direction, it's a short walk. We used Google maps because we walked in the wrong direction after using the bridge by the pond. What should have been maybe a seven minute walk ended up being over a half hour. Make sure you know which direction to walk, or just follow the road.The property owners have cut-the-cord, so no cable. But there are plenty of streaming devices, or bring your own (we always do).Kitchen has everything you need, including two coffee makers--one supports Keurig coffee pods. We stayed in and made a seafood pasta dinner. Aside from ingredients, we didn't need to purchase anything. Also, the Monopoly board game was a hit during the evenings!The light switches took a little getting used to. We always got confused which switch controlled which light/fan. Some were obvious while others weren't.If you're new to Hilton Head, staying in Shelter Cove is ideal because you're literally mid-island. Getting to either end of the island is easy when you're in the middle. Shelter Cove has most of the same water stuff found in Sea Pines. Sea Pines charges 9 to enter per day, at the time of this writing. Lots of great activites in Sea Pines, so decide what you want to do and whether it's economical to pay the 9 per day.

Had an excellent stay. The place was clean. Met our needs. Super location. Just what we needed. Communication was minimal, as was needed. It was a very quiet place. The weather was very hot and humid and thank goodness the AC kept up nicely.I would recommend this place.Steve

Great location, great condo. Is actually as nice as it looks in pictures. Close to pool, walking distance. Well stocked. Immediate response when clode didn’t work and was correctly remotely. Side note about HH If you’ve never been, all the tap water smells and tastes of sulfur even at all the restaurants, so bring bottled and order bottled if this bothers you, as it did us.

This was a very nice condo. Perfect location, quiet on the balcony, great beds!

We had not been to HHI in over 20 years. We had our two special needs children with us and a friend! Everything was amazing!! Super clean, great starter amenities, beach towels, dishwasher pods dish detergent! Nice patio with balcony! You could serve your food thru the drive thru style window to patio! This was a very clean, spacious third floor condo overlooking a pond and very close to the pool. It is directly across the highway from the ocean, accessible by vehicle. We were able to fine parking without much effort. It’s close to shopping, restaurants and to the marina on the bay. It was a quiet area with onsite parking provided. I would stay here again. The agent was very helpful and responsive when an issue occurred.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well presented, clean and tidy as you would hope. We would have preferred a larger patio/balcony. You need a car to get around. I am sure it would be a great booking for future renters.
