Stayed Oct 26, 2024This was a beautiful well kept property in a great location. We especially enjoyed the ground floor patio open to a grassy area with an amazing pool view. Only blocks from great shopping, restaurants, night life, and the beach.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024spacious and comfortable stay with access to pool and gym. parking was tight for compact SUV and drive to kailua kona was a little far.

Stayed Nov 3, 2025The place was very nice very and neat; however it was very noisy. The upstairs tenants made loud noises beginning at 6am. I reported the issue but it continued the following day. I would hope the issue can be resolved for your future guests.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025My family and I loved the property and spaciousness. The pool was right in the backyard. View of the mountain in the morning was gorgeous. My daughter loved taking a morning walk in the yard.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We loved how close the unit was to the pool and queens marketplace. The AC in the bedrooms seemed to shutoff at night and we woke up sweating. The thermostat couldn’t go lower than 75. Also, the unit above us made a lot of noise during the night. But overall, our stay went well.

Stayed Feb 22, 2025This condo was a perfect. We enjoyed the pool close by, Queen marketplace shops across the street, and accessibility to a good walking loop in the morning. The management team was great at helping us when we got locked out of the garage. Facility was wonderful.Beautiful condo. We will rent again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Convenient, easy in and easy out property that is perfect for a visit to go diving the Kohala coast. Property is quiet and well maintained and unit is clean and functional. Not as nicely appointed as other units on same property. Would stay here again.
