2 BR/2Bth Sea & Mountain View Condo W/ Pool! Short Walk to Best Beach!

Our family had the most amazing time at this vacation rental! Communication with the host was great and check in was easy. The unit is a great size, it was quiet, and our children loved the pool. It really had everything we needed for a great family vacation! We can't wait to be back one day.

Great unit in a fantastic building. Very well outfitted, the extras like the beach chairs and boogie boards were great fun. Everything was clean and in working order. Darcy and her onsite help Sylvia were both very nice and easy to communicate with.

Yes we really liked Silvia. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours. She waited until 5:30 PM. We arrived something like 8 or later and she came over quickly. A very social place! A small suggestion for improvement would be to change the sofa. Overall we were happy!

The property is in a nice location with everything you would need within walking distance. This property could be improved by cleaning the outside grounds area. The cement sidewalks could be pressure washed as well as the entrance area to enhance the properties beauty.

This place felt like our home away from home! We had everything we needed and when a storm system came through the property manager checked in on us! The grocery store is next door to the condo. The place is equipped with every thing you need. The rooftop getaway is exquisite and the pool is lovely. When you step inside La Perla Del Mar it truly is paradise. The place has an old style charm to it and I love that there is only one television so it forces your children to interact 😊 lastly we had a beach day since it’s less than 10 minutes away. Everything from the tents, beach chairs, kids toys, and towels were available! Really nice getaway and the property manager is the sweetest person you’ll meet. We arrived nearly 11pm and she stayed to welcome us and give us a tour. 10/10!! Will definitely stay again. Thanks Sylvia

The place is way nicer than the pictures. The host was fabulous, unit was clean, had everything we needed. Also has in suit laundry. pool is great. Nice location . All for all a great stay.

Location is fabulous, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The grocery store next door (Chedraui) was very handy, although you do need to be prepared for long lineups. There is an Italian restaurant about 5 minutes away that is a must go to. The complex had great landscaping, and everyone was friendly. It is an older group there but that works for us as it was pretty quiet. We were a bit surprised that the pool wasn’t heated but it did warm up by mid afternoon. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check in process, the property manager wasn’t aware we were arriving, and the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The property manager did a quick clean and the cleaners came back the next day and then the day before we left the property manager dropped in again to leave cleaning supplies for the next guest. Darcy did give us a discount for the inconvenience. The unit itself is a bit dated, but everything worked. We did have to buy a toaster because there wasn’t one. It was also really nice to have the barbeque. Darcy was very responsive and understanding when I mentioned that a tile cracked when we dropped a glass item. She is very organized as well and sent us all the information we needed up front. Overall, I would recommend this place, Bucerias is a great little town and this place is close enough to everything while still being quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. When we arrived we were greeted by the Property Manager Sylvie who gave us a very thorough briefing. Both she and the owner Darcy were very good at responding to any additional questions or requests. It was great to be so close to the grocery store and the complex has a very nice pool with lots of places to sit. We enjoyed going to the beach as well which is a nice walk for people like me who like to walk (my husband found it a bit too long) and the umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards provided were much appreciated. The condo is also in close proximity to many good restaurants (we loved the taco restaurant across the street that Sylvie recommended), a taxi stand as well as the bus stop. We also appreciated the ample supply of towels, linens, the comfortable beds and couch and the washer/dryer.

I've been to the area many times before, but it was the first time staying here. The condo was in a great location, in that it is close to the grocery/pharmacy/convenient store, and close to a few restaurants, etc., this was a big plus. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, especially when its hot and if you have small children and/or any mobility issues. Its a bit of a hike to Centro Bucerias and a lot of the shops and restaurants, but taking a cab is inexpensive and renting a cart is an enjoyable way to get around more easily. The condo is nice looking, was quite clean, minus a few dirty dishes we found, and was bright, open and just one level up from the pool. The kids loved the iguanas out back. The patio was lacking as it is tiny and without comfortable furniture. Unfortunately we found the inside furniture quite uncomfortable as well, which is something that can be improved upon. The pool is large and fun and the kids really enjoyed that. Unfortunately, for the second half of the stay, the condo could be quite noisy, but this was due to a lot of construction/repairs, and people hollering, sometimes inappropriately (having children around), but that is not the fault of the condo owner of course. Overall it was a good experience mostly, and I recommend for people who have no issue with distances to the beach etc. Like I said before, it would go a long way to get comfortable furniture to sit on, inside and out.

The perfect place for a summer getaway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool and a great place to stay.
