2 BR/1 Bath Winter Park/Fraser Family Condo

The host is very easy to communicate with, responding promptly and providing suggestions. The condo is cozy, nicely decorated and thoughtfully provisioned. The free bus stop is steps away to get to town or the ski area. Great place

Condo in great location, on free bus line to slopes, close to grocery store and Sharkey’s for Brkfst. Very clean , Quiet and excellent communication w the host.

Rosa was an awesome host, home was inviting and stocked with everything one needs for a home away from home!

Just a 3 night stay, but location was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable. Nice extra touches to make it feel like home. I didn't cook, however kitchen was nicely stocked and updated. Rosa checked in through VRBO app to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would book again if travels bring me back to Fraser area.

This listing is very much like the pictures and description show. Huge bonus was washer and dryer in unit which allowed us to pack lighter as well as maintain our gear. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with lots of spices and cooking essentials. Many household supplies were readily available. Our stay was 20+ days and the unit had toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and other products. Beds were comfortable and suited our needs. The back patio deck is super nice and the views are great. (Private and secure) Everything was well maintained within the unit and the external was also very nice. Due to it being summer and no Air Conditioning built into the residence, it is encouraged to open your windows for the breeze. (There was a portable unit provided if needed) Note: the weather was magnificent and the evenings were nice and chilly. However, there is a train that just blares its horn multiple times through the night. Took a couple days to get used to. But with the windows closed it was not as noticeable. Multiple times through our stay we would simply state “This place was a good choice” and were quite grateful for the efficiency to town. Short ride to a Safeway Grocery Store. Several trail heads within a walking distance. I’m sure it would be a very wonderful winter stay.

Our family of five had a very nice stay at this property. Was very close to all the amenities in town and the property itself was clean, nicely decorated, and a perfect location for our ski weekend. Would be happy to stay again.
