Isn’t my first stay and hopefully Phil will have us again!

All was great except the pool cleaner was absent so pool was unsafe

This place was great! Very clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping, including smaller stores and larger chain stores, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. but still quiet and quaint. Kids loved the pool area. The overall condition of the condo very nice, beds and pillows very comfy! Access to good Wi-Fi and Roku TV. I would definitely recommend and want to stay here again when going back to the Foley area.

Absolutely loved the location of the property. The condo was very clean and cute! Also, enjoyed the outdoor patio space.

We had a family vacation in Foley, to visit OWA, and to just get away. This was the perfect place! We were able to cook, and even had a movie night in! Definitely will book again!

Centrally located to everything we needed in Foley. Perfect respite during volleyball weekend. Will absolutely look to rent again for future tournaments.

The condo was great for our soccer tournament at Foley Sports tourism complex. Super close to the complex and outlets. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Mr. Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with, friendly, responsive, and so accommodating. The location couldn’t have been better, with everything we needed just minutes away. The place was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return in the future!

The check was smooth, everything was on point. Great communication, the rental was clean, spacious, and cozy! The beds were very comfortable. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed, at all!

First off, Phil is amazing. He called us before we arrived and let us know the condo was ready early and we could show up whenever we were ready. Communication with him was great, such a nice guy! We always have a “leave it better than you found it” rule but it was impossible because this place was immaculate. So many amenities and extras within the condo. Multiple streaming subscriptions, already logged in and ready to go. Not to mention the size of the condo. So much space. Pool was amazing, plenty of room to hang out outside the pool as well. 10/10 would stay here again. The kids said if/when we come back they want to stay in this exact condo every time.

Condo was clean with good accommodations. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed for a softball tournament and property was an easy drive to complex. Communication with host was excellent. Check in/out was a breeze. Would recommend.

Phil was very accommodating and always responded. Condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Only issue was the refrigerator. A maintenance person came to look at it, but I'm assuming it needed to be replaced. We made it work. Condo was clean and the pool was nice. Perfect location. Away from all the craziness of the beach area, but only a 20 minute drive away when we wanted to head to the beach and explore Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Thanks Phil, we had a great stay and visit!!

This place was fantastic. Very clean, super helpful and responsive property manager. Quiet, safe neighborhood, very close to Walmart for supplies and other amenities and restaurants. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. Pool was wonderful and quiet. Will be back!

This was a great condo with convenient access to the soccer complexes we were coming to Foley for and also the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! The rooms were comfy, the location was equipped. Communication with management was excellent.

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect and very close to all the places! The owner had taken into account everything we would need: comfy beds, plush towels, even two coffee pots. We would love to stay again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy get away!

We were in town for a gymnastic meet. Phil’s condo was perfect for us. It was convenient to the gymnastic site, shopping, and restaurants. The host was easy to contact at all times and very helpful with any questions. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Everything we needed was at our fingertips.We were less than 5 minutes from food,the water park and the house was clean.The property manager was friendly and answered all of our questions.

A beautiful condo situated in a nice area close to everything. Me and my faimly were able to get to many places very quickly becuase we were no more than 20 minutes from everything. When i visit again I'll definitely have to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the condo and were impressed by the amenities it provided. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful stay while still being conveniently close to the attractions that Baldwin County has to offer. The nearby attractions in Foley, such as OWA, as well as the Gulf Shores beaches, are only minutes away. I would give both the condo and the city of Foley a five-star rating.

The condo and property manager were great! Short two day stay to take the kiddos to Tropical Falls with so much more in close proximity: Shopping, food, beaches and entertainment.
