Clean, safe, and great location to all the restaurants, shops, and pier

We had a wonderful stay with my wife and two daughters. The apartment is very clean and we'll maintained. Easy walk to the pier and beach. There are tons of dining options within two blocks. I highly recommend this property and the owners who were very helpful.

Very comfortable, clean, safe, perfect location to walk everywhere, covered, gated parking a definite plus. We were part of a larger group that vacations here every summer around the same time, and they were staying in another property around the corner, so it couldn't have been more convenient! The condo had everything we could have needed with the only exceptions of black-out curtains in the bedrooms, and a full- length mirror, but not deal- breakers by any means. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay!

This condo is just as described…. Clean, great location, safe and in the heart of Pismo Beach! The owners are communicative and very helpful. Our family of four enjoyed our 4 days in this condo. Parking is definitely a plus!

This condo was perfect for a group of 4-6 people. It was very conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was very clean when we arrived for check in. The host was very quick to respond to all of my messages.

Great location that is very close to the beach and pier. There's also many shops and restaurants very close by. On site parking was great to leave the car and explore.

Thomas and Elizabeth were AMAZING hosts! Communication was timely and thorough. They even reached out to inform us that an early check in was available. The condo was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 but could very comfortably accommodate a group of 6. We appreciated the ease of the check in and check out process. The location is PERFECT! We were able to walk to all shops, restaurants, and the beach in just a few minutes. We will definitely be staying at Thomas and Elizabeth’s place again in the future! Could not recommend more!

Everything was absolutely fabulous except for the street noise which of course cannot be helped. Location is perfect. Hosts were totally accommodating.

We have stayed here multiple times now and the hosts are great! Very responsive and provide good intelligence about the area. Restaurants and Pismo pier are within easy walking distance. This year I suffered a leg injury before arrival and was very happy they have an elevator to the second floor.

This property is perfectly situated close enough to everything within walking distance & just far enough away from the busyness of downtown. We celebrated my son’s 15th bday, I was comfortable with him walking around to explore safely. clean & safe with secure parking & locking gates. Would absolutely return!

There were five of us, so we used both beds and the pull out couch. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, since we were out and about most of the time. Had we spent a lot of time there, it would have been a little tight for us. The location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect. We had two cars, so parking for both vehicles was much appreciated. Very clean and beachy decor. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Neighbors and area are quiet after 10:00 PM. Highly recommend!

Impressive location and condo. Photos don’t do it justice. Modern, perfectly equipped, spotless, roomy enough for all to lounge, view of ocean from balcony and bedroom, comfy beds. 2 blocks to pier. Footsteps to shops and restaurants. Exceptional communication from friendly host who also gave me wonderful breakfast and coffee locations. We recommend Honeymoon Cafe for breakfast. Kulturehaus for microbrewery and yummy lunch. Great tidepooling areas within minutes’ drive. Will return!

The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. Plus the apartment was spacious with a family of 5. The gated building was very nice and has a well kept courtyard with nice mature plants. Overall very welcoming, clean and we loved it!!

We were in town visiting our daughter at CalPoly. We decided to stay in Pismo to enjoy the scenery. The condo was in a perfect location and super clean. Our hosts were attentive and took great care of us. thank you so much!

This property is steps away from all Pismo Beach has to offer. The Host provided clear instructions for our stay and was there to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back. It is a well kept property and the location to beach and dining is hard to beat. Owners are very responsive.

We truly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved being just a 2 minute walk away (if even?) from the main strip of Pismo Beach. The space was perfect for our little family, with all the basic amenities you'd expect and full kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open concept so it was perfect for us to be together and keep an eye on our little ones. Tons of resturants and food options nearby made life so much easier for us to not have to cook for our entire vacation. We particularly loved the brewery that was 2 buildings away from this condo complex. ;) We felt super safe here and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our only con was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, so we actually opted to sleep on the pull out sofa instead after night 1. The pull out had a memory foam pad on it and was a bit better for us. Maybe we are just picky! Despite that we'd stay again and definitely hope we can do a repeat trip here in the future!

The owners and the property were excellent in every way. They were very easy to communicate with, and were genuinely invested in making all aspects of our stay a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient to all that Pismo Beach has to offer.

This place had everything we needed plus more! This condo is very comfortable and the Nespresso coffee was amazing for a great cup of coffee in the morning! Amazing location close to pier, food and shops. Definitely recommend! The host was great with communication and allowing us to check in early!

It was very close to the beach and pier. Host was very responsive and even added extra touches knowing we were flying in from out of state. Very comfortable and homey. Would stay again and hopefully stay longer next time.

Wonderful location! Unit was great. It was clean and well equipped. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear and easy to follow. Elizabeth was in contact to make sure all went smoothly. Definitely recommend!

Property is conveniently located close to the beach and places to eat. Nice and quiet building with great parking. The condo was very clean and very relaxing to hangout after a day at the beach. Easy to read and follow instruction sheets supplied which was very much appreciated. Our host was very nice and easy to contact if necessary. Would definitely book again and highly recommend

The room was super comfortable, and the elevator helped tremendously for my mother which is unable to climb stairs. Also because of the close proximity to many restaurants we were able to walk. We will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous four day stay at this lovely property, which was well furnished, equipped and just 3 blocks from the beach and pier. Super clean and many nice touches throughout. We appreciated our long morning walks and great proximity to SLO, Arroyo Grande and Paso Robles. Elizabeth was a kind and very responsive landlord. In fact, she went beyond expectations by allowing us to arrive early and stay late. We will be back. Thanks, Elizabeth!!

This property was within walking distance to everything! The condo was clean and neat and met all of our needs. All communication can be done on text - the check-in and check-out was very easy. We had 2 parking spaces, one under cover. We will definitely stay here again.
