Everything was great!

This was my first time staying in St. Augustine. This house was in the most perfect area. Right in between the beach and historic downtown. House was clean, cozy, stocked with the necessities. Had a wonderful trip! 10/10 would stay again.

Very well equipped! Spacious place. Modern kitchen with everything needed. The only thing that needs to be replaced are the beds, both mattress are to soft and are inconfortable. Thanks to the owners that are caring!

The kitchen was stocked well enough to do what little cooking we did, pizza the first night and breakfast every day. Evening was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We will recommend this place to everyone we know!

The house was full of amenities and the check-in/out process was the easiest I have ever dealt with.

Everything was great the place was very cute and clean! Only thing that was a little strange was there was no locks on the interior doors bathroom included however we had a great stay!

clean house in a safe area a short drive from some nice beaches. Hosts left tons of amenities (beach towels, bags, Matts, boogie board, coffee, etc.) and left a super sweet little welcome note. Also there are some food recs left in the drawer. As long as you have a car to get to the beach, would totally recommend.

House was clean, cheerful, and just as pictured. We enjoyed riding the bikes to the beach.

perfect location for us. great neighbors were so nice&friendly. we even picked a piece of art showcased at the place. owners had great communication and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely recommend only thing i would add dressers drawers inside the closets to keep the beachy room vibe.

The unit was as presented with up-to-date kitchen, bath and relatively new furniture. The convenience of nearby restaurants was a plus when we chose to eat out. The only negative was the lack of pots & pans, mixer & mixing bowls when we tried to cook in the unit.

It was clean and orderly. Close to many delicious restaurants and beautiful beaches. Very responsive owner.

This was a great place to stay for our family gathering. Close to the beach, close to St Augustine and nice to come home to at the end of the day.

The unit was perfect. Less than 5 minutes to a public parking area for the beach and close to many other amenities, restaurants, etc.The unit was well equipped and very clean!

Overall, great property to stay in Saint Augustine. We’ve come down multiple times and this is one of our favorite places we stayed.
