Centrally located, this charming stay is only a short drive to Ben Griffin Stadium, Shands Medical Center and North Florida Regional Medical Center. Fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Important:Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Please note that the AirBNB extenuating circumstances cancellation policy does not cover hurricanes in Florida or COVID, but the insurance covers both 100%. We ask that you please purchase AirBNB cancellation insurance at check-out in order to cover any unforeseen changes that would cause a cancellation or early departure that is outside of the cancellation window (i.e. weather related, health related, flight issues, etc...). AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it`s within the terms. Thanks! And we hope that nothing would come up that would interfere with the trip, but we want to make sure you`re covered just in case.
If no insurance policy is purchased, that`s OK, too- we are happy to open up the dates on the calendar and try to re-rent. If we can re-rent, then we can refund the amount recuperated, but we cannot issue a full refund unless we can re-rent from an early departure or cancellation.
