The exclusive terrace associated with the third floor unit in the building presents scenic views of the Winter Park Resort, serving as a tranquil area to appreciate the outdoors. It has recently undergone updates, making it an excellent choice for your upcoming Winter Park getaway.
The open-concept layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, complete with dishware and cookware suitable for meal preparation. This space has been recently enhanced with hardwood flooring, new cabinetry, countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area accommodates up to six individuals at the table, while the main living space offers a cozy couch for relaxation in front of the gas fireplace and flat screen TV, as well as an additional two sleeping spots on the sofa sleeper. Please note that there is no air conditioning available.
The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a chair, along with an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and has a second full bathroom that can be accessed from the main hallway.
This rental offers all the essential amenities required for your vacation, along with convenient transportation via the complimentary town shuttle, which stops just a short distance from the unit. A brief two minute walk will lead you to the main clubhouse on the property.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.

    It was very nice and you could tell some areas were renovated. It was clean. The only downside was one of the twin beds was uncomfortable. You could feel some mattress springs. It was close to restaurants which was great.

    Very nice spacious and bright unit. 3rd floor (top) provided for skylights etc. which makes space seem even larger and brighter. floorplan was perfect for us. i would stay here again for sure.
