Newly redone two bedroom condo in lovely community. Patio wraps around three sides. No one is above you, only one shared wall. Washer and dryer are in the kitchen. One bedroom has a desk and chair as well as a printer and shelves. All new bathroom fixtures. Hardwood and cork flooring. Central heat and air conditioning. Rents for 31 days or more.
I keep my clothes in a small dresser and half a small closet in the larger bedroom. There is a shed available on the patio for storage. The garageis not included in the rental. Parking is one car in front of the garage with no registration. There is 72 hour parking throughout the complex which must be (easily) registered each time you use it.
