Stayed Jul 24, 2025I was very excited at how this unit showed in pictures. Check-in was a breeze. I made a mistake on my reservation and wrote the host about it but never received a response.We stay at Indian Rocks several times a year. This unit was much higher than we have ever paid for the area. When we arrived, the unit was so dark. Its proximity to beach was wonderful however, unit was not well stocked, not enough mugs for coffee, really worn out pots and pans. It was not clean, and we were greeted by a roach in our bedroom one morning. It was extremely overpriced for the unit and its current state.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The place was very clean and had more beach stuff than we could use! While the balcony didn't overlook the beach (we knew that when we booked), it was just a short walk through the parking deck and you were on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 4, 2025My overall experience was great! The condo was as described.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the pool area, which is out of your control. People left their floats and items everywhere daily (in the pool and outside the pool). It was also very cloudy and dirty. The pump didn’t seem to be running at all.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Stayed Jul 29, 2024This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach. The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up. My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient. I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.
