Beautiful Mountain Views!! Really Nice Condo!! Plenty of room. Almost everything provided for our comfort. The only negative is you have to plan your day around the 7:00 am to 11:00pm Shuttle from the lower parking lot to the Condo. Be prepared to walk up and down the Mountain if you need to leave early or arrive late back to the Condo.

Host was great, extremely helpful, place was in good shape.

The place was not clean. The bathrooms were not clean. The sliding door going to the deck shook and made a loud noise ALL night. There were not enough towels at all for the bathroom; much less for the pool area.

This is actually the 2nd time we have stayed at this condo. I LOVE the master bedroom bed, the views are wonderful. The pool/hot tub are great! I love the multiple couches, recliners and pretty stocked kitchen. Could be a little cleaner, nothing too bad but some handprints on windows and some spatter of something on the wall in the bedroom.

Due to emergency at home we are rebooking

The place was great and so reasonably priced. We will be back 20 degrees cooler than back home!!

Even though it was cloudy, this place was great. The staff was friendly, the pool was nice and the resort was clean. Easy to communicate with the owner as well as we had a late booking. The shuttle was easy to use. We are already planning our next trip.

This was a nice condo to stay at for a few days. It had an amazing view!The decorations were dated, but that was fine with us because it was clean except for some suspicious stains on the twin comforters. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Views were excellent a little difficult checking in and not being told about where to park. Would have been nice to have kleenex and toilet paper and at least one more trash bag. Comfortable and once there no issues.

Loved the resort.my only complaint was the dishes were not all clean. The extra pads on the single bed are too big making it uncomfortable. Our stay was short but just what we needed

The property was lovely and well-equipped. The cleanliness lacked a little. There were things left from previous guests in the kitchen and bathroom and some stained linens that I was a little concerned about. I'm sure this wasn't the owners fault, maybe a change in cleaning companies? All in all it was a nice stay.

We recently stayed for a long weekend at this condo and found it had all we needed within it. The view was great. Living space was a little dimly lit, but the property otherwise was actually nicer than appeared in pictures.

Easy check in, beautiful view and comfortable stay for a great ski weekend get away!

We ended up showing up during some pretty nasty weather and so we got to be well acquainted with this place. It was so cozy to stay in and we really enjoyed the resorts pool and hot tub since we weren’t getting out. Once the weather cleared the next day, the view we woke up to was unmatched. We would love to come back even in the summer.

Condo on top of sugar. Good view of mountain and ski area from the windows. Old but nice condo. The parking was a little inconvenient. You had to park away from building and then shuttle to the building. You could only pull your car to the front door to load and unload. There also was no washer and dryer. That would be difficult if you stayed more than a few days. Overall good stay for a winter weekend. Must have 4 wheel drive in winter.

Overall Gary was very responsive and the stay was great.

Clean, comfortable, great location, awesome host

Great relaxing weekend that we needed. The town was very slow due to the flooding a few weeks ago, but we were looking for pure relaxation so it was fine with us. The condo is spacious and the king bed was comfy. The sunset view was AMAZING

The condo was very nice. The only negative is that the window shades in the master bedroom and the sliding door need to be replaced. Also they only help shut out the sun. You can see right through them and the light interfered with the TV. Someone came into the unit while we were out and stole an item. When I reported it on voice mail the manager never called me back.

We'd never stayed at Sugar Mtn before, and we loved it! The condo had everything we needed, was very comfortable, had nice amenities like a pool and workout room in the building, and best of all were the views from the windows and balcony! Truly spectacular location with an awesome drive up to the top of Sugar mtn, very easy access to the lift, the golf course, restaurants, grocery stores, and many NC mountain area towns and hikes. We'd definitely stay here again, thank you! PS- using the shuttle to the lower parking lot for guests was no trouble at all. It's a short 2 minute drive, it runs 24/7, you only a minute or 2 for the van to arrive, and the drivers were always friendly and courteous.

Highly recommend this unit at Sugar Top. We’ve stayed in 6 different condos here and this was our favorite. It wasn’t the newest/recently remodeled or fanciest, but the condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked for visitors. We loved having a king bed for us and twin beds for our kiddos. Any questions I had were promptly addressed by Gary. Thank you, we will be back!

From the very time I booked the unit the owner was quick and timely in answering all my questions. We liked the units decorations and the location. The kitchen was stocked with good tools and equipment. We were able to cook a wide variety for foods in this kitchen. The sunsets were spectacular and we were treated to a fabulous fireworks display right outside our balcony. We would love to stay here again.
