Stayed Aug 25, 2025Great place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great running trail 3 minute's away. Great price for all that is included. Recommend paying the extra 20 per night for air conditioning if you stay in August and are on the top floor. Was pretty muggy most of the time without it. We had two small issues that were handled immediately. David was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again and again.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Property is beautiful. Location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Amenities were excellent. Condo was well maintained, stocked with needed items in kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable and clean. We loved our stay and would be very happy to return and stay here again.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Everything was great except for the Roosters all through the night, 12:30,1:30, 2:45, 3:30 am and on.Had to remind the concierge's desk several times to turn off their lobby music off during quiet time at night.

Stayed Dec 31, 2024Wonderful place for a family. We loved the pool and hot tubs, room to move around, proximity to North beaches, and the host was very helpful on where to grocery shop. We didn’t notice where it said air conditioning isn’t included but we paid the extra money and it was worth it. We loved our stay!

Stayed Nov 11, 2024So clean. Staff were all wonderful. Very responsive. Property well taken care of. We felt safe. Also, we appreciated there was some at the desk when we arrived at 1:00 in the morning.
