2-bedroom condo in charming Dallas with WiFi, AC

Very clean

Yes the property is recently updated inside but the outside property was so ran down that I was afraid to stay here. The AC was broken and I tried contacting host repeatedly without any response. Thankfully I was able to get a hotel w vacancy but I was out of my entire amount of money with no offer to refund me despite me being unable to stay here due to it so hot inside. Don’t ever book this place.

The tv is broken: only half illuminates. The hall bathroom sink doesn't drain. There was no trash bags. There was no soap for the washer. The couch is dirty. The chairs are broken. There's no instructions on how to find the unit or parking spot ( that is very narrow).

I did not feel this apartment was accurately represented in the post. It is located in an interesting area, there are some questionable areas of town right next to some nice areas. The pictures make the apartment seem very well up kept but really the walls were dingy, bathtub did drain properly, there was pretty much no cooking utensils, no curtains on the bathroom windows, the livingroom TV wasn't even fully functional and the beds were wrapped in plastic. That is kind of just the start of how this apartment has had minimal to no maintenance. They do have nice counters in the kitchen though. Although there was nothing that was completely unlivable I would not choose to stay in this place again.

3.5 rating. The ONLY tv is a couple more watches from being completely dead, low water pressure, dinning room chairs are about to collapse and the bathroom windows have no privacy. The apartment is nice looking inside over all tho

The host was very inattentive. The TV was also broken. All of the chairs was also broken. It was also raining inside of the condo. Also it was only that one tv lights also barely worked

This apartment was very dirty the fridges was unclean the sofa was very very dirty as we booked for three nights but we couldn’t stay just we were staying one night couldn’t get sleep for mosquitoes case it had very bad smell deposit the fact my money was non refundable but the main manager of the Vrbo app to refund me the two nights I say thank you of them. But the host was not responding us when I tried to contact them. The main problem was it has no AC. You think how we passed that night to Dallas hot night with a autistic boy
