I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palm Bay Club was absolutely a beautiful place to stay. So close to the beach and they provided lounge chairs for the beach at no extra cost.We called about a small issue and they had maintenance right there Johnny on the spot which was great!! I would definitely go back here again!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Everything was great overall...Regarding our unit, it was great. Very comfortable, but needs updating. Specifically, the bathrooms. The toilets would get clogged very easily. It seems like it happens a lot since each bathroom had a plunger next to the toilet. Also, the kitchen also needs better pans. Otherwise, it was wonderful.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room needs some updates and refresh. We were uncomfortable in the room. Most of furniture has stains on them, the carpet in the master needs to go, the decor is old and beat up. The closet doors barely open they are missing the slider connections, there was sugar ants all throughout the kitchen,
