Stayed Jun 23, 2025Property was easy access to the beach and a couple minutes from the Broadway at the beach. Las Olas beach and Miami easy to get around and get to. Great places to eat and a lot of matcha places for my girls to go to. Java and Jam great breakfast place to eat at Las Olas.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024We just completed a 5-night stay.Check-in was a breeze--even at 12:30am on Christmas Day. Valet was also on staff, but we walked or used Lyft to go everywhere. You need to pay 30 for one key fob for every three adults in the condo; addition fobs can be purchased for 30.The condo was large and spacious. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The bedrooms were good. The water pressure and temperature could be hit-or-miss depending on how many others in the building were using water. Kitchen was also well-equipped. Living room couch was comfortable.There was also plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas. Additionally, if you have small children, plenty of beach toys to keep them entertained. The pool is saltwater and heated, but very shady in the winter due to the surrounding buildings.The location is outstanding. Quick walk to the beach, 7-11 just across the street, Walmart and Publix about a 10-minute walk away; Las Olas Blvd was about a 25 Lyft ride away.Owners were very quick to respond to our questions. We'd be happy to stay at this place again in the future.
