We enjoyed walking out to the docks or taking advantage of the upper level floor to watch the sun rise. The location is central to the store and downtown. We rented mopeds to get around town. The living room didn't really have enough comfortable seating but we made it work. The bedrooms are roomier than the pictures show, thank goodness. The balcony overlooks the parking lot on the side, but it was never an issue. We sat out there often. The complex was quiet. We weren't bothered at all by any outside lights while sleeping and we couldn't hear the elevator either, as mentioned in some reviews. Management company always responded promptly with any questions we had. We would recommend small families to here.

The pool overlooking the water was very nice and the large patio of the condo was perfect overlooking the mature trees. It was about a mile walk to Duval street which was easy to walk or grab an Uber.

The unit exterior is nice, pool was great, grounds well kept, & on a marina, but not the marina at the heart of town. Marina offers a serene backdrop and Mac's is a good place for drinks/apps.Not being familiar with the Keys, we looked at things to do. Old Town was mentioned often. Old Town Rentals felt misleading, it's not in that area. The convenience to dining, etc. was disappointing. Parking is a challenge and the bikes available were rentals (14/day). We walked 6 miles when we went to town. Distance kept us from going as often as initially planned.VRBOs typically are more service-oriented. We sent two messages, one that we'd be arriving late and the other about an issue with the trash, we had no reply to our messages. All correspondence came as automated replies. Hosts often have a binder with restaurants, suggestions, etc. Here, we found a note to ask Alexa; wasn't helpful. The units are newer, but the interior quality felt low-budget. Floors are separating, there's no insulation in the walls, you hear EVERYTHING. The beds made a ton of noise, making it hard to sleep. Towel bar was pulled from the wall, there are no closets, only a small pole with 3 hangars, toilet seat was falling off, ran out of TP, dead bugs on bedroom floors, very limited kitchen supplies, no blinds in living area. Overall, felt we overpaid for what we got. We didn't get what was expected in quality or location. I think there are better values in this price range.

The marina view was beautiful. The amenities offered are everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Management was prompt and informative with any questions I had. The pool is heated and located right in front of the marina. The unit was very clean and the property was not too far but far enough away from the major tourist attractions.

Our stay was wonderful. The communication and helpfulness from the staff was top notch and very appreciated. The space was clean, quiet and had the amenities needed/as described online. Would recommend it for families or others traveling to Key West.

Location was very nice/ quiet but close to town. Grab a bike and ride anywhere in a short amount of time. We will be back!!
