Property was cozy needed a little more cleaning

I loved tge property and where itcwas located. It just wasn't cleaned well. Large bugs were in the tub and spider webs were everywhere.

The condo met our expectations and more. Great views, convenient to stores and activities. Very clean and modern condo.

Pet friendly. Nice with a water view.

Clean, but had a centipede in the main bathroom , needed more towels and face cloths for 4 people. Only had for 2 And were damp. Be sure and bring toiletries. Parking was difficult having park on a hill , walking down to condo.

It was a last minute rental and the host was very accommodating and sent check in instructions immediately…very nice place !

The condo was nicely decorated and plenty of space for our girls trip! We loved the location as well and would love to stay here again in the future! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water when we had down time. We had everything we needed for our little sister trip. It was overall a great experience. Parking was a little wonky but it was close by so that was convenient. We would stay again if we were in the area . Thank you. :)

Very nice condo! Had a great girls weekend! Condo had everything you need and it’s right on the lake so you can sit on balcony and enjoy your coffee in the morning and enjoy some drinks in the evening. Definitely will be back

Property was reasonably priced and communication with the host was A. The issues were the property was very old/tired. The master bed was like sleeping in a pillow. I didn’t dare take a shower in the master bath. Tiles around the tub were jagged and caulk was missing. The chair in the master had a throw over it. I’m glad it was two dudes staying over the weekend. My wife would have refused

Perfect place for our couples short stay to visit Hot Springs…. Great location near many places and view is so pretty for sitting out and drinking coffee. Would definitely stay there again!

It was the perfect little getaway, secluded but close to everything we came to see. The lake view was so peaceful, we and the host was quick to respond. 10/10 Recommend!

Great location! 5 minutes from Walmart, 20 minutes from Lake Catherine State Park and Garvin Gardens. 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park. Owner gave great restaurant recommendations. Relaxing and owner responded quickly to questions.

This property served everything we needed!We traveled to many Hot Springs restaurants and activities and the location was central to all of our choices.We had all the items we needed, clean and ready to go.The large deck was very peaceful and comfortable to relax each night.The beds were comfortable and the 2-bed 2-bath was a great value!

This place was as advertised. Clean and comfortable.

The host, Scott. He was kind enough to drive 2 hours to scrap off the snow/ice so we could get down the hill to the condo. I had just had outpatient back surgery so we would have had to drive back to Fort Smith. And everything we needed he was prompt & has a great personality.

We had a fantastic time at this great place. To make it even better, higher water pressure in the shower , and one bathrooms was stocked with towels, washcloths, and no toiletries in both bathrooms. I would definitely sleep here again. It deserves a solid 4-star rating.

Was a wonderful place. Very clean and Scott the owner made sure everything was spot on. The condo was perfect for a stay in Hot Springs. Not too far from the main drag but far enough to have some pease and quiet. Will have to go back there again

The lake view was beautiful; we loved cooking in the kitchen and looking out at the lake. I loved that the condo was pet friendly. Having a pet friendly rental was a priority for stay in Hot Springs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept. The stackable washer dryer combination was an amenity I used frequently. The inner teflon lining in pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and stained. I avoided using the provided pots and pans, but everything else was amazing.

The check in process was awesome, host communicated well, and the beds were comfortable.

House and balcony were very pretty, clean, and overall nice! My only complaint was the parking, it is a straight down hill, and the parking spot we were assigned was fully slanted side ways! Other than that it is an amazing place to stay!

The property was perfect for us. It was one of only a few advertised as handicapped accessible. We loved the porch & being able to look out over the water and watch the sunsets The location was easy access to Hot Springs National Park. The owner recommended visiting Garvan Woodland Gardens. Turns out, that was the highlight of the trip for me. It's such a beautiful place and very accessible for our wheelchair bound son. Scott was super responsive to any inquiries we sent.

We loved our stay in Hot Springs and our vrbo was great and exactly as described. Our place was clean, location was great and our host was accommodating. Our only problem - the parking space was at the top of an incline (close to a 45 degree angle) which was unexpected and a bit challenging. Once we navigated our stay was great.

This property was excellent for the price! We enjoyed a relaxing time in Hot Springs.

We had to switch plans last minute for our summer vacation and Scott was a fantastic host! The property was easy to find, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Check in and out was super easy and quick. And the location of the property was close to all the hot spots we wanted to hit for the stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfy getaway in Hot Springs, on the water, and close to historic downtown.

The condo was comfortable, clean and nicely designed. The balcony patio is a great place to drink your morning coffee while overlooking the lake. I would book again!

Parking was terrible

Very nide location right in the middle of hot springs. Down side is it is a 3 level duplex(thats 6 units) so guests above were very noisy. The condo itself was nice. Water pressure was very low in shower, like a lavatory sink faucet worthy amount. The parking was a nightmare. Its not a side slope since the unit hanging off the hill. If the unit is full, there is no way vehicles can move about safely without hitting each other.

Great Location, is clean, and the host is quick to reply. We loved visiting Hot Springs. The location was a perfect balance away from the downtown area. We liked that and enjoyed the sunset off the balcony. The condo is on parking level so no stairs to go down or up to get to it, which was great. We will stay again if we make it back to Hot Springs.

We enjoyed our time greatly! Our host Scott was amazing and very knowledgeable, he made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us to ensure we had everything. We had coffee provided as well as all our personal items included, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion… blow dryer and so much more. The view from the balcony was so relaxed, coffee in the morning looking at the lake and a beautiful sunset every evening. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were within minutes from downtown Hot Springs.

Condo was excellent for a quick get away. The host was very attentive answering any questions I had with a quick response.

Overall excellent stay. Communication with property owner. Fast response from him, overall attentive. Parking was a bit of a issue for my larger vehicle. View of lake from patio was nice. Pathway to boat dock could use upgrading. Overall great. easy to get to.

Me and my wife ran over to Hot Springs for the evening for dinner and just time away from everything for our anniversary. The property was amazing. Great communication from the host. I highly recommend renting this property.

Had a great stay and enjoyed sitting out back on the deck overlooking the water. Parking would be inconvenient for more than one car. But other than that great place.

We were in town for my daughter’s cheer competition. This condo was perfect for us to stay for the night. Cute and comfy. The owner messaged me that it was ready early- which was super nice!

Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent. The house was perfect for our few nights of stay. The main change I'd recommend is a new master bed as it sinks in the middle; however, the guest bed worked great and the pull out couch was loved by the kids.

The condo was perfect. It was very clean. The condo was on the river and it was beautiful. The host was so helpful with questions we had. The beds were comfortable. There is a shower and a tub/shower which was nice to have. Great location and easy to find. They have chairs and a table to sit outside to look at the river and watch the ducks. There is a place to eat across the river called cajun boilers. I Cannot eat spicy food and they made my food perfect for me to be able to eat. Inside the condo was everything you needed to make great meals with.
