2 Bed 2 Bath Condo In a Fantastic Location

Matt is a terrific host and very responsive. Very good location and easy walks to Rehoboth Avenue shops, restaurants, and beach. We tried Tower Beach for the first time and really liked it there. Dinners and breakfasts were at very nice places/ restaurants on Baltimore Avenue. We drove to those.

Very clean. Near the beach and close to anything you would need. Great pizza place in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was just as the host said. We had a great time and we’re very happy with this rental! It was very clean, the host was very responsive and the place was just as described. I have nothing negative to say at all! Hoping to rent here again.

The place is comfortable. It was close to where I needed to be for an event.

Great location for us. Easy access to rt 1 and a sturdy walk to the boardwalk. Parking near boardwalk was very easy since it's still early. We could walk 1/2 block to Gios pizza which is excellent and to Pasquilini's bakery for a variety of delicious baked goods. The bedrooms are separated by the laundry and the bedroom with twin beds is away from living area and tv which would be great if you have young children. The bed was a bit softer than I am used to but it worked well. The unit was very clean and kitchen had all the basics you would need. I highly recommend!

Excellent location - quiet but right in the action as well. Apartment was clean and tidy. Host was easy to communicate with and let us check in early. The only inconvenience was having to bring all linens, sheets, towels. Mattresses, while clean could use an extra topper or upgrade. Overall excellent value and would definitely recommend for a small family or couple.

We found our place clean and ready for us when we arrived for our 3-night stay. It condo is located only a mile from the beach, just off the main street, in a quiet community. Although not all restaurants and businesses were open yet, there were plenty of great options for shopping and eating out. Matthew was a great communicator and we would highly recommend this apt/condo.

If I could give more stars for cleanliness and value for the money I would! Definitely roomier than I thought it would be based on the pictures. If I had to provide any constructive criticism, it would be the lack of kitchen tools. I.e. cutting board, peeler, colander, etc.. We happen to be staying close to family so didn’t really need it, but that would be honestly my only complaint the location was spectacular.

The location was excellent, and the space was large and comfortable overall. However, having to make my own bed and bring my own towels was a bit inconvenient, as these are typically provided when staying in a condo, apartment, or house. Additionally, the main bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that I was unable to sleep on it and had to use the couch instead.

Host was extremely nice and helpful. Very easy to work with I would love to use his place another time. Very convenient to everything.

The property is close to the outlets on the highway and also close to town and the boardwalk.

Location was great for walking or driving to places to eat and shop, as well as for travel to other destinations in the area. First level accommodations made it very easy for taking things in and out. Clean unit overall, but evidently the cleaning service hadn’t cleaned the coffee maker. Also, the stove itself needs some attention.The owner was very responsive to our questions prior to our reservation date.

Matthew was beyond easy to deal with and very generous with check-in, check-out times. The location was perfect for our needs with parking spaces right at condo. I will be renting again!

Unit was perfect for my family needs.

Second time we stayed at Condo. This is a quiet neighborhood, and pool was blesding due to Jellyfish in water at beaches. Owner was very pleasant to work with.. Bike trails clise by, and safe neighborhood to walk to local establishments.

The property was clean and well maintained. We had a great time. Pool was a big plus as there were lots of jellyfish at the beach!

Very easy check in and host was very responsive. Condo was good for short stay. My only complaint was that I did not know that the coffee maker was a Keurig and there were no pods. Had I known it was a keurig, I would have brought some pods. Also the water pressure in condo was a bit weak which of course is no fault of the owner. All in all it was a pleasant stay

Great access to beaches and state parks by car as well as the town, really good mexican reasturaunt within walking distance too!
