Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is perfect for the beach and boardwalk. It's so ideal to be able to walk back to the condo if something is left behind. However the condo was not cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. It was rather unacceptable in some rooms. The couch in the living room had fruit loops, beads and popcorn underneath on the edge visibly seen. I have a one year old and this was not okay. He could have gotten a hold of any of those items and choked due to careless cleaning. The cushions on the kitchen chairs were stained and filthy. The bedroom with the bunk bed had an odd smell to it. It's such a shame since my son has severe asthma and requires a breathing treatment every morning in order to strengthen his lungs. The blinds in all the rooms were terrible. The bedroom near the road had one blind that would not turn either way at all leaving the sunlight and street lights shining through ,also giving people to look in at the ground level room. The living rooms blinds were outdated and would stick. You would need to turn a few of them in order to open and close them entirely. As much as the rental is a week, this would be an easy upgrade. The kitchen window didn't have any blinds at all so people walking by could see in. The kitchen was very nice with new high quality appliances. Not necessary but they were nice. The front desk and girl I booked through were really nice
