Stayed Nov 12, 2022We loved the property and had a great time swimming and relaxing. Unfortunately our kids were highly disappointed to learn the Waterpark features were not included and something we were not going to splurge on. Communication from the property was almost non existent. There were no check in or check out procedures/info given. When we contacted him about the Waterpark, he did get back to us but was unwilling to help. We would definitely stay at the property again, but the host did not influence that decision in a positive way.

Stayed Mar 18, 2021Great couple of weeks spent exploring the expansive grounds as well as surrounding cities. Always something fun to do! Great place for families with kids to stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lousy, looked dated. All the pools were under staffed. Only one had service for food and drink. NO Water park, only a sign claiming, coming soon. Worst was the time share pitch at check in, felt like I had to fight just to get to my room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Second time staying at Westgate. The acccomodations and staff are great, but did have a couple issues this time. Assigned a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit when resevprved a 2 bd/2 bath. The bellman handled it great though and got us a new room without having to go back to the front desk. Also, security came to our unit at 1:30am to check on an open connecting door between our unit and the adjacent unit. Housekepeping must have opened it as the Bellman made sure it was locked at checkin. Also, the following night, the airconditioning compressors below our unit blew a bearing and made loud grinding noise from around 1:00am until 3:30am when we called security to shut it down. So not much sleep for 2 of 3 nights stay. Again, the facilities are wonderful as is the staff & my first visit went without a hitch. I would still come back to stay there again in the future.
