Relax in the open-concept living area featuring cozy seating, a TV, and a warm gas fireplace — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails. The dining table seats six comfortably for meals, games, or planningyour next adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home, plus thoughtful extras like cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a starter jar of locally roasted coffee beans. In-suite laundry with a stackable washer and dryer adds extra convenience during your stay.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom includes a double-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. Please note: the upper bunk is best suited for children due to comfort and practical weight considerations. Fresh linens are provided in the closet for your comfort.

Step outside onto the private patio to enjoy fresh mountain air, a BBQ, and a small seating area.

Guests have full access to Silver Rock’s incredible amenities, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness centre, heated underground parking, elevator access, and secure ski and bike storage.

Located just minutes from Downtown Fernie and Fernie Alpine Resort, this condo is the perfect place to relax and recharge after skiing, biking, hiking, or exploring everything the area has to offer.

Important Notice: The hot tub area is currently undergoing hefty renovations, and the completion date is currently unknown. Construction crews will be on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and guests may experience construction noise during these hours.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
