Stayed Mar 24, 2019We arrived late after a long drive and immediately were hit with appt for timeshare viewing at breakfast which was not the purpose of our trip. The next morning we show up for breakfast/timeshare presentation. Breakfast was not good with very limited selection, not like expected ata vaction resort. During breakfast I became ill and had to cut the presentation short. My family was told that certain individuals from the hotel and EMT service would followup later that day. No one followed up. I had to wash my sheets due to iillness and the next day the maid service made the guest room beds but not mine. At the end of my stay the sheets were still in the dryer after teeling the maid they were there. My toilet in the master never flushed properly. When we called for assistance, someone brought us a plunger and left it in our room. Also I returned the next morning after feeling ill to complete my timeshare presentation and was given my refund and never contacted again throughout my stay. Also no free WI-FI. Had to use my personal hotspot for computer use. the layout of the kitchen did not have drawers so the silverware sat on the countertop for four days which left no counter space for food preperation. Very disappointed, just not at all what i expected for the amount of money i paid.
