Stayed Sep 30, 2023My two favorite things about this property are the fact that it overlooks the lagoon and it is the closest unit to the beach gate. We love to sit on the deck and watch for alligators and admire the beautiful birds that drop by. The beach gate is literally right next to this unit and the beach is only a five minute walk from there, which is a real plus. The unit is also right across from the quiet pool which is convenient. The unit was very clean and spacious.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Just a short walk to the beach, this property has it all. King bed in the master, twin beds for the kids. Roomy, clean, tucked away in Shipyard, this condo checks all the boxes!! I recommend this property. Also had two pools just steps from the front door. Great stay!!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023Our family loves this complex, the back gate that you can take to the private beach access is wonderful! This condo has new carpet in bedrooms and flooring in common areas. Really nice updated appliances too! We had a great week!!

Stayed Feb 19, 2023we enjoyed our stay . the property was a great location with great lagoon views from the deck . Easy walk or bike ride to beach . Easy access to all golf and restaurants and shopping Bedding was very comfortable . we would definitely rent again

Stayed Dec 4, 2022We stayed at this condo in December of 2022 and were very happy with our stay. The property was clean and well located for the activities that we like to do i.e. eating. The property owner was very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. We would definitely stay there again.
