We had not been to Tybee before and, despite the weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog and that there was a couch cover available to keep the furniture clean. The unit was exceptionally clean and the bed was the MOST comfortable that we have ever had at a rental ( I am not kidding), and we have been renting beach properties for 18 years. Thank you so much for making the booking and check-in process so easy. Totally recommend!!

The condo was so clean which was incredibly appreciated. Well stocked for cooking and easy to use/navigate. I didn’t find “200 steps to the beach” to be that accurate, but we did have easy access. The water view…if you stand on the porch and look through 15 other places and crane your neck…sure! :)

Excellent location. Your vacation home away from home. Beach and shops nearby. Only 25 minutes to Savannah and steps from the beach. Well equipped kitchen was a pleasure to cook in.

Short walk to the beach! Plenty of shops nearby. Comfortable rooms, quit neighborhood and lots of friendly people! I would recommend and would love to stay again in the future!

The condo was very accommodating and far exceeded our expectations! Very spacious for our family of five. The proximity to the beach and the pirate fest was excellent! We hope to return next year and hope to reserve the condo again. It was the best stay at Tybee island to date!

Pros- great location within walking distance to everything. Condo was nice with everything you need. Dog friendly. Cons- no privacy on the porch so we didn’t sit outside much. The aroma of weed was strong from our neighbors.

The property was wonderful and check in was very simple.

We stayed at this property before and loved it so much we booked again. Plenty of room pricing is great and so close to the beach. Owner is great and habdled any queatuons. We will be staying again.

Everything was great and as advertised. Decor is tasteful and “beachy” and was very clean. Walking distance to beach and eateries was very welcomed. Only drawback is that it is 3rd floor so steps might be a problem for some; otherwise is highly recommended.

Close to the ocean, clean, and loved the layout. Had an amazing time checking out the lighthouse, the beach, and the location was perfect!

This year we had our first Christmas at the beach and first Christmas away from home. It was a good stay. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Condo was ok. Location is perfect. Just a few blocks from the beach and pier, including shops and restaurants, beds were very uncomfortable. Condo needs updating. Don’t expect it to be new or impressive. We left a night early because we didn’t sleep well there. No privacy on front porch. It was very hot in there too. Just seems old

Location was fine. Arrived to 3 piles of dog poop in front of our door...had to find something to get it up with before we could even enter without tracking it inside. I imagine this happened just before we arrived... Got in and found a load of dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stank. One of the twin beds had dirty sheets. Toilet in hallway would not flush. Condo itself was cute and close to the beach. Do not at all recommend for people with elder family members or small children--steps are difficult to maneuver.

We came for an extended weekend. The place was as described. No complaints. Property manager was awesome. Had a great time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and was conveniently located. We were able to walk or bike everywhere. Took the car into Savannah and had a great time there as well. Thanks!!

The property was perfect and suited are needs. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Aside from being stuck inside for a day and a half we had a great time. We will be back when it’s not hurricane season!
