The condo was perfect for our annual weekend getaway! The listing is exactly as presented on the site! Breakfast in the restaurant was homemade, Starbucks on site as well as an outdoor bar and grill…you’d never have to leave the property!!!Jay was a fabulous host, quick to respond and even provides renters his personal contact information! We will definitely book this room again next trip!

Fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and had great A/C. The resort is packed with amenities and has a great on-site restaurant, but we also loved getting out to explore Myrtle Beach—especially our sunset boat tour. Still, my favorite part of the trip was simply relaxing on the two balconies. Highly recommend this spot for a perfect beach getaway!

The room is perfect, clean, and offers exactly the gorgeous views advertised. The building has a ton of amenities including pool, lazy river, hot tubs, has it all. Parking is easy, and the location is perfect. Host is a great communicator and easy to work with.

My wife and I,along with our 4 legged family member stayed in James's condo at the Patricia Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC for 5 nights. We were well pleased with the size, amenities and location of his particular condo, with a well equipped kitchenette, living area, as well as two balconies to relax on while watching the ocean and feeling the cool breeze. James gave us contact names and phone numbers should we have questions or concerns during our stay. I would recommend his condo for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Great view of the ocean. The place is small but perfect for a couple or a young family with young kids (0-3 years old). The Host was responsive and detailed about the stay.

We thought the room was very nice. Great views! Kitchen was well equipped. Bed slept well. The location was very convenient to everything.

Enjoyed our stay here! Loved the double balconies. Direct ocean front. Room is exactly like the pictures in listing. Plenty of pots/pans & kitchen items to use. Updated kitchen appliances is a plus!! Owner/management gave great communication. Will definitely book again!!

Very clean. Great views of the beach from each balcony. Loved the bathroom sink! A lot of towels to use were available for us.

Had absolutely awesome time staying here especially on the coast of Myrtle Beach. The view from room was nice to wake up to. Property and Room we well maintained. Host was very easy to talk to if questions were needed to be answered. Would definitely book this again in the future.

The condo was perfect for myself and my two sons ages 18 and 8. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed time at the pool and beach. We had friends staying within walking distance. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Weather was perfect and we enjoyed finding shark teeth at low tide.

The condo was the perfect size for just us two. It was very clean and had a gorgeous view from the balcony. We enjoyed the beach and pool. The location was great and very convenient to all the attractions. I’d highly recommend this condo for a couple.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in this cozy condo. My favorite feature is the duo balconies which allowed for storm watching and sunrises. The condo was clean and jay responded quickly when I needed information. What more could you ask for?

Came for a few days for a baseball tournament. The property is a great place to hang out in large groups. The pool is perfect for the kids and the pool bar on the weekends makes it even better. The room was very nicely decorated. The host was on top of the communication! Would rent this room again.

This is my second time staying at the property and it was just as perfect as the first time! Jay is so incredibly helpful with any questions you may have. The place is beautiful and modern. I highly recommend!

Nice place. Freshly painted, smartly decorated and nicely furnished. It's a corner unit so it has two balconies (as shown in the picture), which means you can view the ocean looking both north and south instead of just one direction or the other. (The north balcony also looks across to other balconies, while the south balcony is completely private.) The balconies are small but enough for two to sit on, which is all you need anyway. The entrance is tucked away at the end of the hallway which gives an extra sense of privacy. The bed is large and very soft. Felt clean overall. The floors appear new and clean - not quite like my wife keeps them (according to the bottom of our socks) but better than the vast majority of public accommodations we've stayed in. Kitchen had all we need. Jay was very quick to respond as a host. Very enjoyable place to stay and we'd happily stay here again if we return to MB. My wife's words: I love it here!

This studio was perfect for a getaway. It was clean and furnished beautifully! The property had many great amenities! Great location!

My family and our two little dogs enjoyed this stay so much! It was so relaxing the property manager was amazing kept in touch, just very easy breezy! Definitely will be back next year..
