1st Floor Studio, stunning view of Deschutes River

The main bed for this property was like sleeping on a board. It was so bad that my wife and I had to sleep on the couch. The air conditioner was also very loud. Additionally, the property makes it seem like you can walk out your back porch directly to the river; however, you cannot. You have to walk out around the side of the property to get to the river. The waterfall right there in the river is also so loud you can't even have a conversation on the back porch. It was a close drive to downtown, but overall this property was simply overpriced. I would have much rather gotten a normal hotel and been a couple minutes further drive.

We rented through VRBO and we had no address or unit number or any instructions on how to check in and didn't even know that we should have had the VRBO app. So we got directed to somewhere 30 minutes away trying to find the directions through the website where we made the reservation. The place itself was very nice the staff was nice the online process was a little bumpy and we checked in an hour later than we expected to because we couldn't even find out where we were supposed to be

Stay was great. Property was as described and check in/check out was easy. Space was a good size for 2 adults and a dog. Easy access to downtown and other areas in Bend.

Great location. The bed seemed quite old and worn. It had all amenities in the kitchen. There were dirty footprint in the bathroom when I arrived and hair in the shower drain. Under the vanity in the bathroom was quite dirty. The place could use some cosmetic updates.The place is dog friendly but there are signs surrounding the property saying no dogs on grass.

The location was lovely and would have been a great walk to some nice restaurants and shops if there weren’t major road work going on.

Good location, clean unit. Noisy heater. Hard mattress. Beautiful view. Quiet area. It was a bit unsettling that a hoarder is living in the end unit. And it was uncomfortable to sit on the day beds to watch tv since there was only one chair. Thank you.

Kitchen not stocked well, not even a spatula and an empty oil can and condiments left. Otherwise a decent stay for a low price

Convenient location, peaceful view of river, restful stay.

This is an older property but well maintained and quiet unless you have upstairs neighbors. The access to Pioneer Park and the river is great. This room is advertised as wheelchair accessible. It does have bars around toilet and in shower and the dining bar was low. However, bathroom very small and shower is too small for wheelchair transfers. I could not get under the sink or see myself in the mirrors. We removed box spring with permission because bed and couch were 6-8 inches too high. The staff was cool with what I needed but this room is more suited to an ambulatory person with ADA needs. Also bring your own pillows

Our unit was dirty. Floors in unit not cleaned, trash not emptied. I had to throw my white socks away because they were black. There was dog fur on the bedspread. There was no coffee. Very inadequate kitchen.
