Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home is comfortable and well located. Walk-out access to the pool and beach. The unit could use some updating and there were minor maintenance issues such as a slow draining bathtub and a noisy bathroom fan. Also, it was necessary to purchase toilet paper and trash bags since few of each were supplied. Despite the issues, we would rent the home again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very little. Room dirty, no window shade in bunk bed room, windows filthy. Pool area had the same mess there all week. Sand not cleaned out of the pool very well. We started going to Sea Colony in 1990 and it was spotless then. Things have changed and not for the good.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969AC filter in closet needs replacement, although the AC worked fine. No broom in apt, Center roll-up blind on glass sliding door did not operate. The den window needs a proper shade - not a blanket. Master bath shower drain was very slow. We're glad the fridge is new. All in all a nice apt. Plan to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was spotless. In a great location as well. A broken door knob and a broken towel rack were our only complaints.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love the location of this condo! Steps from our favorite pool and the beach. We love the bunk bed room and its cute tiki theme as well as the comfy couch in the living room and amazing king size bed in the master bed room! We have stayed at this particular condo many times and this time is was not as clean as it was in the past; with piles of hair on the floors and bathrooms. Overall it just did not feel quite as clean. With a one year old crawling around I had to clean the place myself when I got there and also felt I needed to change the sheets myself. We still had an amazing trip and always enjoy sea colony and their great amenities and will continue to rent their condos.

Stayed Jun 27, 2020This was a great condo to stay in-- wonderful location, especially for young kids because it is so close to the baby pool. The condo was clean when we got there but could have been cleaner, and I wish the cleaning supplies had been easier to use/better to clean up our little ones' messes. One or two minor complaints about the condo, but overall, it was a great choice and I would stay there again.
