Well maintained, security was friendly and kind. The place is on first floor with limited steps, an easy walk to the beautiful beaches. Pool bar was open daily, friendly staff! Would definitely rent this unit again! The owner was super friendly and had great communication!! Thank you Ron for letting us rent your slice of heaven.

I really wasn’t interested in shopping, I attended the Gullah Food Festival and Craft Show.The Condo is lovely - just perfect for us. It’s all that the Owner says it is. We will definitely stay here again. He also emailed us on our arrival to be sure we didn’t need anything. A comfortable walk to the beach but one can also drive closer to the entrance.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great condo perfect for a couple! Host was also very friendly and had great communication.

Swam 3 days but water was pretty chilly. Room was convenient to ocean and restaurants. Could be a little more counter top space. I hope we are able to come next year.

Ron is an excellent host. This condo is spotless with every imaginable amenity. It was a real pleasure to stay there and we'll do it again!

We had an awesome time. Everything was great. Ron responds very promptly if there is a problem or question. The units proximity to the pool and beach was great, just a couple minute walk. The unit has everything you need. I definitely give the unit and owner a 10!!!!

Very nice condo! We loved the short walk to the pool and beach. Check out procedures were easy and communication with host was great. One thing to note: the listing says the property includes a barbecue grill, however the grills are shared charcoal grills and are located in picnic areas throughout the resort.

Beautiful place to stay with all the extra amenities for a wonderful vacation. The place was very clean! Ron checked on us before & after our trip to make sure we had no issues and everything was up to par. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and in great condition. Location made for a short walk to beach and pool. The owner communicated well to make sure everything was okay. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Great place for a quick trip to Hilton Head. This was our second time coming to this resort and this room was perfect! Clean, cozy, and comfortable!

The place was nice but I feel like your cleaning crew could do a better job. Dust and dirt on base boards and in vents Hair was stillOn floor in bathroom

When we arrived the screen door was broken. Took a week to fix. Don’t complain the manager will ask you to find another place. The place could be updated. Appeared a little worn.

We came into town for a Wedding at The Westin Hotel. It was the perfect place for the two of us and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. We definitely want to come back to enjoy the beach next time!

My family of 6 came for a short getaway. Booking & checkin were seamless. Resort staff & host were friendly and helpful. Condo was small if you’re staying in for the night with a larger group, but it met our needs as we stayed on the go. Master bed was very comfy, the kids enjoyed the hide-away couch, and bunks were enjoyed but a bit narrow for older children. Overall, stay was wonderful! Thank, Ron, for sharing your home with us!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head. Ron’s place was very clean upon arrival, with the perfect location in the 1st floor and the short distance to the pool and ocean. The bunk beds were perfect for our 2 children. Our daughter’s highlight of the trip was the bunk bed! The first night we had issues with the AC, we notified Ron and he was immediately able to send an AC/heating company to solve the problem! We were very impressed with the prompt responsiveness from Ron. We would recommend this condo and we hope to be back soon!

We had a very nice stay here. The place is got everything you need for your beach trip. It’s clean, close to the beach and the pool is great as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and can only recommend the condo. Communication with the host was also flawless.

We have been coming to this resort for 14 years. It has everything we need with the gym, good beach access, really nice pool, playground, a couple of nice restaurants. So we will keep coming this back. This condo unit was in great shape. It looked like the bathroom had just been renovated. It was really nice to have a dishwasher and ice maker. We would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was amazing. The bed was comfy. The shower pressure was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. No issues at all. We highly recommend. Plus Ron was amazing to get in contact with. We will be staying at this condo every year in the future. Thank you for making our HHI trip so great! 😀

Ron’s place was a great budget friendly place for our larger family wanting to be close to the water for a few days!

Great communication, great location for the beach and getting around the island, would absolutely recommend to those traveling with 1 or 2 kids!
