1st FLOOR- JUNE 2026 Special Beachfront VIEW-Fully Remodeled in 2022

While the view from the patio isn’t a few beach view you can still see the ocean and the distance to the beach is about as close as you can get in South Padre Island. The room was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. We had a great time and will stay here again next time if it’s available.

Everything was great with the property . Communication was excellent . The condo was very clean . If your renting make sure you bring shampoo , your condiments that you will use , paper towels , toilet paper if staying for along time . (3 rolls were supplied ) , beach towels , laundry soup , and your beach stuff . (Umbrella etc…) You can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $35 a day off a guy on the beach . It adds up over a week .

Really close to the beach

Facility and owner communications were excellent. Perfect venue for up to 4 adults. No need for a car, everything was right there and free bus stopped a few feet from the front door.The inconveniences were small, like allocations of trash bags, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper. In each case, only 2 were provided for the week. Would totally book this again.

Perfect place for family of three and our family dog. The beds were comfortable (even the Murphy bed). Do bring shower/bath essentials, but if you don’t; there is a supermarket and dollar general near by. We never made it out in time to rent umbrellas and chairs, but we are slow risers. Still close enough to beach to carry/roll your own. Highly recommend.

Beautiful unit with everything we needed.

Very clean,rustic and historic house. Our stay was comfortable and relaxed. Secluded, yet only a few blocks from Main street. Lots of wildlife, inluding around a dozen deer. It was very enjoyable sitting outside amongst the huge trees. Very cool!

This was the cutest little place to stay on Padre. We were right next to the beach and several restaurants. The unit was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The owner Tomi was very helpful and accommodating to all our questions and needs. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place located right by the beach and by a pool! My family and I stayed for a quick trip and it had everything that we needed!

Property manager accused me of having additional guest just because he saw my in laws come visit me and my wife. They saw this through the front door camera which I personally consider creepy. Secondly the made up charges that should have been included with my stay.

Excellently designed with modern amenities and open spaces to accommodate comfortably a family of four. Our family has stayed in 4 different Tiki Condos and this unit is by far the best one on their property. Very clean and organized and only steps away from the sand. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here at SPI. The condo was spotless and cool when we arrived. Easy check in/out process. The dehumidifier was extremely convenient to keep it comfortable. Beds and linens were great. Everything you need in the bathrooms & kitchens. I think the only thing that I could nitpick would be sharper kitchen knives & a roll of paper towels!

Location and property lovely. In unit aundry confirmed on web site. Toni expected us to use facility laundromat, 2.50/load. When I expressed surprise she generously said she would let us use unit's laundry. Cleaner opened and laundry closet & locked up supplies - when I said could we have some detergent?- was told by Toni it belonged to cleaning staff- who kindly left some. For 2 weeks stay, 2 dishwasher packets, 2 toilet paper rolls, no beach chairs or towels.

Excellent location for beach fun and easy access to all local things to do. Very clean and updated.

It was very clean and great location. The only issue was my fault. It showed pictures of a washer and dryer and they were listed along with laundry facilities on the site. I missed reading on the description the washer and dryer was for long term rental which weren’t. My fault! Other than that the place was marvelous!!!!

Our stay was great. Loved the condo. The community was very friendly. Location near bars was also convenient.

Cute, downstairs 1-bedroom condo that sleeps 4 (Murphy bed in Living room). Very comfortable for 2 adults. Clean and has been recently updated. Good food and entertainment close by.

This was a beautiful condo. It was recently completely remodeled and everything was top notch. The issues we had were minor. There was construction going on in front and obscured the ocean view so sitting on the patio wasn't great. The wifi was not great. It usually worked in the living area but not always in the bedroom. We could never get the bedroom tv to work. Tried to stream to both living room and bedroom but not successful. All in all it's a great property and we would probably visit again.

This was a beautifully appointed property.

We loved our stay at this condo. It is beautifully furnished with modern, updated decor and literally everything you'd need in the kitchen. Although we didn't use most of the appliances, we were glad to see them there for our next stay. Coffee maker, blender, lots of glass containers, plastic containers, utensils and glassware. I believe there was even a crockpot and small chopper We couldn't have asked for more. The walk to the beach was short, and we loved that. The space was very clean and comfortable with nice linens and plenty of towels for the 2 of us. Check in and check out was easy and the host responded to any questions we had.

We have been staying at The Tiki since 2005. We love the location, especially if you can get an ocean front unit. The Villarreal family have lovely units available and very nicely decorated.

We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. It was convenient to access the beach, and so comfortable. The bed, pillows, towels…everything was amazing! Great shower and lovely kitchen!! We enjoyed d every minute of our stay here!

This was our second time staying here and it was so wonderful. The owners are very responsive and the condo itself is completely updated and well appointed. The kitchen was very organized and well equipped. Hope to stay again soon.
