1st Floor Condo 1.5 Mi to DT TC w/ 2 Ensuite BRs

Clean, spacious. Loved we didn’t need to take out trash or empty fridge. Close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay at this hosts condos again if I’m in the area.

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The host Riley was very good to work with. Check in and all details provided were timely and accurate. Perfect location! Definitely would stay again on my next visit!

Very clean and a good location

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed. I brought my own towels but didn't need to as there was plenty of towels and linens. The parking was easy and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Riley, our host, communicated with me throughout the process leaving nothing to chance. It was an amazing weekend. The location was close to downtown and the lake areas.

We had a great weekend wine tasting in TC and loved the location and cleanliness of the condo! It is near downtown TC and close to lots of activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

PROPERTY WAS NICE. LIVING ROOM AREA LITTLE SMALL FOR 4 PEOPLE BUT ADAPTABLE. QUIET AREA AND EASY TO GET TO ATTRACTIONS.

Rental was just as described. Nice, clean and newer unit. Close to downtown.

The apartment was clean and bright. Parking was plentiful and close to entrance.

The condo was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was in a good location to hit all the spots, while not in a super busy area. The condo was clean, well stocked and communication with the host was excellent. there was plenty of room and comfortable for two couples.

Stayed here with my husband and my son. The condo was extremely clean, excellent location so close to downtown and the beach! The perfect amount of space for our little family. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to other friend and family who also travel to Traverse City often!

The until was very nice. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Very convenient 1st floor location with sliding door to parking lot made unpacking and packing very easy. I gave overall 4 stars only because I thought the couch was a bit worn and uncomfortable. This is obviously my opinion and others may not feel the same. I would book again

I highly recommend this condo. It was as described, clean, well equipped, and located conveniently to, restaurants, attractions, and a safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo was very clean, lots of linen. Washer/dryer was a plus Would have been nice if ice maker and water worked on the frig. Better cooking pots and better quality of silverware. Couch needs to be replaced as cushions keep falling into couch.

Great spot! Comfortable rooms! Nice that each couple had their own bathroom. We’d stay here again!

Perfect stay for a quick weekend. Clean, convenient location, and easy check in and check out process. The only thing to note is being on the first floor means you may be able to hear the neighbors above you, which we did.
