Stayed Jul 20, 2025We had an awesome time and we love the condo. We were here for a baseball tournament and there was a perfect size for what we needed. The washer and dryer came in very useful for cleaning dirty uniforms.!!!

Stayed Aug 26, 2024It was literally 100 degrees outside, and our access code would not work. Called for help. All the help agent knew was the code that did not work. I am literally dripping sweat from my forehead constantly, and they could be of no help. I’ll call you back they said. Finally after 20 minutes of melting in 100 dehree heat they gave the help agent the override code and we got in. WHY DID THEY NOT HAVE THAT INFORMATION FROM THE BEGINNING. Then they could have helped us. And once we talked with a supervisor — they knew the access code wasn’t working —. BUT HE FAILED TO EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW !!!! All of this about checking was very very disappointing.

Stayed Oct 14, 2023This unit was not as nice as pictured. Rugs are dirty, not well furnished, the blinds in the sun room were broken, fell down, cut my arm and hand. Called and reported it, maintenance came out to look and said they would fix it after we left. Didn’t apologize about my getting bruised and left. Would not stay again. There are nicer units in Point Royale.
