Stayed Oct 11, 2025Room was not as advertised. We booked a room with a balcony. Photos showed a spa tub in the room which I inquired about in advance to indicate there was one in the room. The third party booked us in a very small room. No spa tub or balcony. Shower head came out of the wall when I tried to turn it on. Thermostat wasn’t adjustable and was 77 degree in the room. Spoke to the front desk, they said I had to take it up with the third party I reserved the room through. Sent a message to them and received a dismissive message back stating they’d contact the front desk, but nothing further was resolved. Would not work through this agency again. The hot tub had something gross floating in it. The jets didn’t work. It was really crowded.All and all, I feel misled by the posting and was not impressed with the customer service or facility.
